We prepaid $89 online, with the booking stating $15 due upon arrival. After a 13-hour drive, we were charged an undisclosed deposit, raising the amount due at check-in to $61 instead of $15. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. There was no staff at the front desk upon arrival. We had to call a number to get someone to come unlock the door just to check in. The room was not as advertised and poorly maintained: Only 1 towel for 3 guests No hand towels or soap Toilet paper nearly empty Twin XL beds instead of the 2 queen beds reserved Beds were improperly made Heater did not work Inconsistent water temperature Bathtub had visible holes Signs consistent with possible bedbug activity on the bedding (no live bugs were observed after inspecting the mattresses, but the condition was concerning) Between the unexpected charges, lack of staffing, room misrepresentation, and cleanliness concerns, this property failed to meet basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here.

not like the pictures. Felt like a murder movie hotel. Shower rod was broke and hanging. Instead of fixing it they painted around it. Bed was clean. Shower sucked. room felt sticky. The check in office smelled like feet and they charged an extra $15 for some reason, they told me it said it on my receipt from expedia??? felt like a scam

I didn't even get to stay here. I paid for the room and when I got to the hotel, the management tried to charge me an additional 15 dollar fee and a 50 dollar fee... Which was the price I paid online for the room. The management refused to tell me their names as well. I will be writing a letter to several government agencies regarding this scam, and if Expedia has preexisting knowledge of this situation, then they will be equally held accountable.
