Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very very dirty. Very uncomfortable beds. Air conditioner wouldn’t work unless on 60 so it was freezing or too hot. Mold in shower. No trash cans in the room or hallways so there is trash everywhere. Elevators were very sketchy.

Room had bugs on carpet and the Beth room all were crawling we checked in 11pm they were not concerned all he offered come and spray the room with bug spray in the middle of the night Second night they did not made the rooms nor changed the towels I had to go to front to get towels they didn't even apologize it was like business is usual

Beds were not made just sheets laying on top. The carpet was wet at entry way. Sheets on one bed appeared to be already used and the one we slept on had a very long black hair laying the middle when top sheep pulled back. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I paid 129.00 for it. What a waste of my money.

Pool was closed waiting for an inspection. We were tent camping and went to get out of the rain. We opted to sleep in a wet tent. I didn't feel safe and was afraid there would be bugs. Our door would not shut/lock unless you slammed it HARD

When in town, I will look into staying there again.

Don't waste your money here. The rates are high for a very low quality hotel. The staff is disengaged. The rooms reek of smoke. We asked for a new room after checking in and finding the room hadn't been cleaned and the bed linens not changed. The carpet was wet. We moved to another room only to find that room wasn't cleaned also. That was their last available room. Due to the lateness of the hour we stayed. The other local hotels were booked. This was the first time we slept on top of the covers with our clothes on. When speaking with the morning management, they said they were sorry but did nothing to adjust the bill. Stay away.

Dirty smelly room, wifi not working very old condition

One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had.. leftover pizza was left in the fridge, the bathroom sink drain stopper was broken (we had to remove it to use the sink). The room was just dirty. Lots of loud young people partying all hours of the night, etc. I seriously question whether the room had been cleaned at all prior to us staying there. Construction was on-going by new owners at the time. Maybe it's better now? Good luck!

We needed special accommodations and the staff responded so nicely. Very courteous and helpful.

It was beyond the worst and funniest experience! Never experienced such a stay! We had no other choice just like many other. This place is a total mess! I paid $150 a night, it's not worth 50!! Staff at desk gave me a room that was occupied!! So I went in other people which was crazy funny! The area is rough and seems scary!

Paying $240 for one night one may expect something. peeling wallpaper, damp and hanging ceiling tiles, stains on bed. Worn out and in terrible condition. Inconsiderate and noisy guests creating a racket from after midnight until 4 am. Air conditioning had to be switched off it was so noisy. Check in staff were OK. Take a wide berth of this place.

I put my aunt and uncle up in this hotel because they were getting married it was a last minute reservation we wanted to do something nice for them the only complant they had was the elevator did not work and she had to walk up two flights of stairs in her wedding dress

The only problem I experienced was the air/heat unit wasn't working and after maintenance took a look it, he stated parts would have to be ordered and it would not be a quick fix. I was upgraded to another room.

when waiting in line the people in front of me were placed in a room that people were staying in, and it smelled like smoke, the person behind them said the electricity didn't work in thier room and they needed more pillows and blankes cuz the bed was really hard. Then they didn't have my reservation, my room was dirty and the pillows were just thrown on the bed, several of the lights didn't work either. I considered driving home. I would NEVER stay here again.

This hotel was ok. For the price it was great. The room was very small but the beds were amazing!! The pool is very nice, we loved how deep it was:)

Filthy carpet, food growing in sink, rusted/moldy tub drain, dirty and broken lamp shades, smoke smell in halls and some rooms (was moved from first 'smoke free' room). This is a run down establishment where the numbers are upside down on the elevator. The staff's excellence was out of place at this facility.

The Victory Inn is an excellent location with access to main roads and great restaurants. Our room was comfortable with new mattresses on the beds and clean new sheets.Although It is somewhat dated, new management is working hard at elevating her to her former glory. My family hosted a 50th anniversary party for our parents here 20 years ago. The most extraordinary thing about the Victory is the staff who were gracious, kind and attentive to my needs. I would stay there again in the future for this reason alone.

the room was ok but they were understaffed and could of been cleaner and they need a renovation to 2014.

First room that I was given was not made up (which also happened to another patron immediately before me). In the second room, there were no pillows (and the front desk "ran out" of extra pillows) and I could not find a remote for the TV. Good thing I booked 3 months in advance for only $55 for the night (after tax) and was only staying for about 8 hours!

Our room had beds made, however there was dried toothpaste on the nightstand, black stuff all over the wall paper, the bathtub was dirty and the sink was sticky. The elevator sensor did not work so we took the stairs where we found blood. Book at your own risk.
