Our weekend stay at saltwater sanctuary

As we have rented many homes in Garden city we thoroughly enjoyed this home. Spacious, clean and sp close to everything! We will Definitely be back!!

Great marsh views, Gorgeous home!

The house is gorgeous and the marsh views are amazing. Watched the sun rise and set every day. Miss that! Great location with a quick walk to the beach.The house does not disappoint. We are a family of five and it was very spacious and everyone had a fantastic time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful family vacation! Beautiful home, great location. Layout of home, number of bedrooms with a bathroom for each was a plus. Best part was being able to bring our dog! Really hated to leave & would definitely book this home again.

Clean and comfortable house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, clean and as advertised. We ended up in the house more than the beach due to the storm, so one small negative for us was the only TVs with streaming capabilities were the master and living room. The other bedrooms had nothing connected. The other small disappointment for our teens was the pool. It’s very small - basically a kiddie pool. Only enough room for a few people. Other than those 2 minuses for us, it was a good place to stay, close to the beach and not too far from the pier. I would recommend this house if our small negatives don’t bother you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Great location. Shows some aging, many lights are either out or strobing from going out, signs of damage from other renters, needs air filters changed (concerned for their HVAC system) & fans dusted, but otherwise clean. Tight because of the locked closets & limited parking, but overall, a great house. A few updates would make it excellent. Linens were forgotten, but maintenance quickly responded, even later in the evening. Thank you for the hospitality!
