There is a new mini split system for heating and air conditioning with remote control thermostats. You can sit on the covered porch and listen to the creek or wade in the creek and be splashed by the water wheel. Located just 15 minutes from the Harrah's Valley River Casino or beautiful downtown Murphy and just a short drive to John C. Campbell Folk School. There is a propane grill outside with table and chairs for outside dining and also Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the creek. There is a fire pit with wood so you can enjoy a nice fire and roast marshmallows. From the downstairs living area, you can look out the windows and enjoy the view of the creek and water wheel. There is a foosball table, DVD player and movies for rainy days, board games and a smart TV with WIFI. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. There are plates, silverware, glasses, coffee pot and coffee cups so you can prepare meals if you wish.
