Die Wohnung ist in Schwabing gut gelegen und im MVV gut angebunden. Bis zum Marienplatz sind es nur wenige Stationen. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat mit Hilfe eines Lockschlosses gut geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst war eine Katastrophe. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt. Es fanden sich tote Bienen, Dreck und Haare. Farbeimer standen rum und auf dem Balkon fanden sich Kippen auf dem Boden. Staub gewischt wurde auch mindestens 4 Wochen nicht mehr. Das Bad war dreckig mit Haaren an der Tür und in der Dusche. Die Silikonfugen waren teilweise schwarz. Die Bettwäsche machte auch keinen tollen Eindruck. Das zusätzliche Bett für die Personen drei und vier bestand aus zwei übereinander gelegte Matrazen. Wie in dem Zimmer 7 Personen (vgl. Fewo direkt) schlafen können sollen, ist mir unbegreiflich. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen und haben uns ein Hotel gesucht, indem wir uns nicht ekeln mussten. Für die Lage kann man einen Stern vergeben, das war es dann aber auch. Minussterne geht ja nicht. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.
