This hotel got best location next to the shopping mall and the underground train station. The hotel staff very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and has big space. The reception area also very nice it has nice seating and kids games.

Very nice location just next to a shopping mall and a metro station. Smiling staff at all corners of the hotel. Rooms are well maintained and the breakfast was extraordinary. Parking was no problem. No noise during the night. Beds are really comfortable. Bar services was very professional.

Considering that this hotel is dedicated to business stay due to its proximity to the conference center, we decided to give it a try during the Easter week-end. It was quite a good deal, as the hotel was, as one could expect, not full and the rates attractive. You will not reach the city by foot from this point, but you can use the nearby subway or use a car that you can very conveniently park in the underground lot beneath the hotel. The room was ok, despite a mix-up at the arrival where we did not get the correct room. The cleanliness was disappointing though. The self service coffee/tea corner had not been cleaned-up and left-overs from the previous guests were still present. The smell in the bathroom was nothing like fresh. And within a one night stay we ran out of tissues and toilet paper, without having spare rolls available in the room. Apart from these non dramatic issues, the hotel is totally ok for a stay outside rush periods.

The stay was very nice and the location of the hotel was also great. The only point to improve is the price level of the restaurant. The prices are, at least for my impression, too high. The food quality is good but price vs. value is not correct.

This hotel is great, well located and right by the Ubahn Subway. Fantastic choice. However, watch out because it could be pricey, there are a few restaurants around the corner to choose as alternative. The Bar seems quite good with a lot of varieties to choose from.

Good Hotel. Good location for exhibition centre which is a very short walk. Plenty of shops nearby. Hotel is well maintained and clean with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are quiet too. Would stay again.

Great hotel, nearby Reimer park and the old Airport tower, our group was here on a mall off day but there was still a lot to see and do. Reimer park was really nice and a great place to walk to, and enjoy viewing the fish in the pond and the ducks.

I like it too much, great location, amazing staff and rooms, excellent breakfast and helpful staff.Just one thing upset me.sounds from up floor while Iam trying to sleep at late time from unrecpict people, but I call reception and there was one Egeption staff his name is Ashraf, he solved the proplem by talked to them.He was gentlemen.I wish hem all the best and fully recomndation to promoted him.i belive he deserved it.

We wanted to visit the Christmas markets and after a bit of Trip Advisor research, I booked the Novotel. It was all done in a rush and we didn’t know Munich and were a little surprised to find we were some distance from the centre BUT there is a subway station right outside (and compared to London, it is very cheap to use the network) so no problem with getting around. We bought a 3 day City Pass ticket for 4 people and we certainly found it excellent value. We got all round the city, visited 5 Christmas markets, walked miles and had a great time. What a lovely hotel! Super helpful staff on reception checked us in efficiently and fast lifts got us up to our modern, comfortable rooms. Lovely bed and plenty of space. We appreciated the tea/coffee/ hot chocolate tray and the clean and well-equipped shower room. Excellent breakfast - a great range of hot and cold food, pastries, juices, teas and coffees. That really set us up for the day! We didn’t eat in the restaurant but we did use the bar where again we experienced really good service. It was expensive but then again, aren’t all hotel bars? There is a shopping centre by the hotel with a decent range of shops and eating places. In all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I've been around 6-7 times since 2009 for business reasons but this was my last visit! This is no business hotel anymore, it is a playhouse for children all day (and night) long. Running and screaming on the floors after midnight, i called the desk twice but nothing changed. In fact the family which stayed in 2 rooms opposite mine kept their doors open with towels between the door and frame. Hotel personel did not intervene at all and when i confronted them they offered to pay my breakfast... Listen, i do not care about money, i care about a good night sleep you geniuses. Neither me or anybody in my organisation will stay there again, they've been delisted finally - after loads of complains. Other than that, the breakfast ist really great.
