convenient location, clean, friendly staff. Dining is good.

The only elevator in the hotel was out of service. The room was shabby and not well appointed. The walls had marks and several tiles in the bathroom were broken. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was small for a junior suite.

Hotel was nice, but the only English tv channels were CNN and another news station. Breakfast was too expensive (17 euros per person). Nice bakery right across the street.

Tried to do laundry, 4 different staff members offered 4 different answers re: machine usage. B'fast buffet cost sixteen euro....each!!!! They charged 5 euro per 15 MINUTES of internent usage! And the printer was out of order.

The hotel was great, but they did not have air conditioning and I don't believe that was mentioned when I read the discription of the hotel. It would not have been so bad if they at least had a fan available for the room. There were no screnes on the window so when you left the window open bugs from the field next door flew into the room. It was extremely hot while we were there. I would recommend the hotel for spring or fall visits. The staff was extremely helpful especially the clerk that worked the desk in the afternoon. She was very knowledgeable about the transportation system and how to get around the city.
