The location was great. Right in front of the metro station
This is a good, convenient hotel, a very short walk from Salzburg Hbf. One reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that we did not get the room we booked. I booked for 3 people and the on-line photo of the room showed 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. This was also how the room was described on-line. Instead, we got a king size bed and a very small and uncomfortable folding bed with a very thin mattress which lay right on top of the metal frame. My son was unable to sleep on this and we had to get a second mattress. The main issue is the hotel should provide rooms that match its photos and descriptions. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and the breakfast was good.
I want to commend the hotel and staff for an absolutely exceptional visit! Petar at the front desk went above and beyond to help us at every turn…and made our visit truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the room, food, amenities, and location are all excellent, but what sets it apart is the staff, thank you to everyone at NH and especially Petar N! Would highly recommend this property to anyone.
Great location and nice rooms. However, we stayed for four nights and our bed linens were never changed, our in room coffee mugs and spoons were just wiped off and not cleaned. One spoon had food on it and there was still a little food left on it after it was "cleaned". Our coffee mugs had coffee stains on the bottom after they were "cleaned". The toilet was never cleaned during our stay and the floors were never cleaned. Beautiful remolded rooms, but not clean and gross.
