Nice hotel. Bathroom should be renewed. Recepion team and all are very nice and give to the guest a very great welcome. The room wa clean and well organized. Breakfast is good and nice ambient. The only problem is to find a parking spot near the hotel.

The bed was hard and we didn't sleep well. The maids in the morning were loud and could hear them through our door including the vacuum. We got woken up twice in the morning by staff once at 8:30am and at 9:30am.

Nice little hotel on a nice quit street but central to all transportation, trams buses leading to train station, the street has lots of shops such as rossen mans and penny's has nice little bars eating places and a lovely cafe/coffee shop/ bakery called ziegler where we ate every morning selling breakfast sandwiches croissants cakes tea biscuits, very good prices and fresh, you can eat indoors and outdoors, back to the hotel, it's not bad sizes but there is only 2 of us and have seen families with kids here but can't comment on their room sizes, breakfast can be bought when you want but pricey, the staff are very helpful and friendly we forgot our toothbrushes but they have spares, there is shower gel shampoo conditioner hair dryer towels soap tea coffee and a kettle in the room and will give you any of these as you require them without problems, there is no iron in the room but you go to reception and just ask for it, the room is spotless and have a tv with a few English channels, beds a comfy and I'm very fussy on the bed situation but can't fault it, lots to do around here or jump on the tram or bus which is seconds away, really enjoyed it here, came for my birthday with my partner.

nice location - near to the tram stop - 15 min to city center. room is very comfortable, nice bed, easy and quick check out. reception staff is helpful. nice walk from the hotel to the olympia tower and bmw welt.

one night there. quite clean and quiet. easy to reach from the train station by taking tram 20/21 with 6 stops. booking from the hotel's website is cheaper than booking.com. I would highly recommend it.

This relatively cheap hotel is simply perfect for the money. Comfy beds in spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast is great (a little expensive, but we didn't mind, we ate loads). The check in staff are friendly and helpful. It's less than 200m from the tram so getting from the airport and getting into the centre are both really easy. This was our second stay there and we'll be back again.

The hotel facilities were quite average but the stay was nonetheless pleasant due to the personnel. Friendly personnel make a big difference even to short stays and makes up for lacking of facilities. Shall probably stay there again

Rooms are pretty small but cosy and clean. Comfortable mattress and good selection of TV channels with great movies (although in German). There are some cracks on the walls in the shower, and you find yourself bumping your head on the shelf above the sink every time you wash your face - too little space. But, again, bathroom is very clean, and there is plenty of storage on the shelves (which almost never happens). My room was facing a front door just above it (on the 2nd floor), and every time the automatic entrance door opened I could hear a nasty creaking sound which was pretty annoying. Apart from that, sound isolation in the building is really good. The most unpleasant experience (and the reason why I'm giving this hotel a 3 instead of a 4) was facing a waitress in the morning when I had my breakfast. I was just about to finish my cup of tea and leave when she suddenly rushed to my table and loudly said: "The breakfast is finished". Not a nice way to treat customers at all, especially when there is no need for that - I was already finishing anyway. You should really teach your personnel good manners. Overall, very overpriced (almost €180 per night which is shocking for a 3-star hotel) - I guess it is Oktoberfest to be blamed for that.

I met my husband there. He came from Miami for business, I was there to visit family. If you expect a standard American-style hotel, this not for you. We had a nice room with a king size bed. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. The bathroom was small, and so was the shower, even for me. But the water was always warm when needed. There was enough storage space for storing our clothes and belongings for 3 nights. There were standard amenities: coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner and body cream, free WiFi, and one bottle of water upon arrival. So what makes this hotel different. I came unannounced -- my husband booked for one person. However, it is customary that the rates for one or two persons is the same for business hotels. Not so there, but what struck me as odd is the look of the reception. Frosty, shocked, as if I was totally out of place and my request to be with my husband of many years unacceptable. Then, ice cubes. There is no ice cube machine, no bucket. Upon request you may get the ice cubes at the bar in two tall glasses. Of course, a few hours later, there is no ice and a big puddle of water where you put the glass. Condensation will wet your euros, smartphone or whatever was in the neighborhood. Furthermore, there was no fridge in the room. Usually, you get one. So it is a fairly expensive hotel, highly rated, but not worth the price. Look elsewhere, be on time, follow the rules. Warning: the Munich airport is beautiful but huge and it is easy to get lost. I spent one hour and a half trying to get out. Help was not forthcoming until I asked in the business lounge.

I stayed here on business as other hotels were sold out or very expensive. At €180 for a night this wasn't cheap and no breakfast included although a good coffee shop next door. The reception is drab and the rooms don't fare any better. My room was very old fashioned although it was clean. Bed was ok but bathroom is tiny. Can't out your face towards the sink without bumping it against the wooden shelf which was very scratched. Mercure, you aren't doing your brand any favours. Either refurbish it move it out of your portfolio.
