The staff at Innspire Hotel were so helpful. There was a problem with the reservation but they were able to sort it out efficiently. Our room was shiny clean! It is an easy walk to the subway.

Nice new hotel and the rooms are very nice. Our only issue was with the temperature in the room. It was HOT all the time and I mean it felt like 28 degrees plus. We opened the window all night and day to keep the temp down. Hotel staff seemed unsure how to improve this.

Sauberes Zimmer, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, Bad/Dusche großzügig, Lichtregelung ist cool, wenn man weiß wie es funktioniert, Betten sind nicht zu beanstanden, ausreichende Garderobenschränke und Schubläden, Safe und Kühlschrank vorhanden,Verdunkelung der Fenster sehr gut, dazu noch Rolläden. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, wenn auch nur für eine Nacht. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Wir werden Ihr Hotel wieder buchen. Frühstück und Wellness haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war kompetent und zuvorkommend.

Upon checkin the receptionist first needed to finish his private call before attending us. USB socket in the room and TV control was not working. During breakfast there was no butter. Apparently supermarkets are closed in Munich on Saturday morning??
