The room we rented was nice enough and had alot of sq footage. The issue we had with this hotel is no parking, they recomend a cith parking facility that is supposed to be 24 Euro per 24 hours. We used it for 22 hours and it cost 30 Euros to get out. Our other issue is the environment of this hotel, I realize the hotel cannot fix this but the area is pretty rough and doesn't feel very safe when walking around it a night.

Location of Hotel to all things we wanted to see and staff were awesome, only issue, it’s located on a lot of gambling sites and lots of people awake in wee hours of night/dawn.

The room was nothing like the one in the picture that we had reserved and some items in the tiny kitchen in the original room that we had been give were not clean. In this day and age a Microwave is kind of a standard in the kitchen, this hotel had none. After discussions with the lady at the front desk we were relocated to a different room which was very much appreciated. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and assisted us with other problems especially trying to using the laundry facilities. The lady at the counter made out stay that much easier and she should be congratulated.

Parking was hard! There are parking garages in the area, but the parking slips are narrow. Paying for parking involves searching for the hotel (it’s not ours) that owns the garage and paying there, then going back to the garage to pick up the car. This is blocks from where we stayed and there is nowhere near the hotel to drop off luggage, so prepare to drag luggage a few blocks. These are not to so much complaints as practical advice if you stay here. The hotel room was perfect. We stayed in the quad room and loved everything about it. Big windows, amazing bathroom. Easy walking to Marienplatz and the Bahnhof.

My friends and I stayed here for Oktoberfest and it was the absolute perfect place for this. The rooms were great, the breakfast next door was really good, and the staff were all friendly. When we come back to Oktoberfest in a couple years we will definitely stay here again!

We spent a week here and it was perfect for our needs. Its an older place but very well kept. There were 3 of us and the big bathroom was a very nice surprise. It was very hot when we arrived but a fan was in the room so that provided some comfort. We utilized the airport transportation and it would have been nice to know that the reception desk would be closed when we had to leave so we had to exit through the attached cafe. Overall, was very pleasant visit and I would stay there again.

We stayed on the second floor and I could hear all the noise from the street. They had multiple people who were new working the front desk who did not know much and needed more training. Also, better English speakers working the front desk would be appreciated. I had to ask for more towels multiple times before they actually got delivered. The room was spacious but I would not stay here again. They need better customer service.

The apartment was very spacious with well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the courtyard. There’s no air-conditioning, but there were 2 electric fans. Heating was very efficient. One thing they could improve is the towels which were rather small and thin. The bedroom was facing the main road which can be quite noisy at night. The windows give good sound-proofing, but I couldn’t sleep with the windows open for ventilation. It may be better if we were on higher floors (we were on the 2nd floor).

The staff is very nice, the guy let us go to our room as soon as it was ready, we went before check in time, it was perfect bec we came from a long flight, we we're so tired. This place is close to the tourist spots in the city center. There's stores around, perfect spot to stay. They clean the room everyday with new towels. Perfect for families. Nice place.

Comfortable accommodations, bedding, had fridge. No AC, but did provide fan and with windows opened did make room more comfortable. Staff allowed us to leave our luggage before checking in- appreciated. Great location by city center and train station. Would stay here again- weather permitting.

The best aspect of this hotel is its relatively close location (about 8 minute drive, or 1 train stop) to the central district and place, while having a good price for spacious rooms. Everything in our room was very clean and comfortable, and there was an excellent kitchen. No noise problems. Staff was friendly, though sometimes communication in English was a little rough. Main reasons for not the top rating are 1) elevator had an issue such that it could not stop at our floor (the 5th), so we had to go up or down stairs to 4th or 6th floor to get it, and 2) it seems to be in the Middle Eastern / North African Muslim part of town such that restaurants and shops may not be what you're expecting, and the area is bit rundown. It was fine for us though, as we just used it as a base to get to the nearby central area. We were able to get cheap street parking for our car, found some inexpensive luggage in a local shop. and 2 blocks away was both the train station and a good restaurant with German and Italian food.
