The hotel is very well located, rooms are spacious and extremly clean, the staff is helpfull and friendly and the breakfast was simple but always fresh and tasty. Even if the area is crowdy we had perfect quietness in the room. Great value for the money!

We spend the first three nights of our tour in this Hotel. We found everything to our liking and we are of the opinion that this is a great place to stay!! It is very central located which made it easy for coming and going, the staff was friendly and we will certainly recomment this place to all.

My and a large group of friends stayed here for a weekend in June 2017. The hotel is easy to find, centrally located and has great staff who helped us out even when our flight was delayed. The rooms are comfortable, clean, bathrooms are great, air con ice cold and the overall state of the hotel was excellent. I could not comment on the breakfast as we either slept in or ate out but this hotel is ideal for any travellers looking for some where easy and accessible to stay.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the train station. We had a two bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, all new, clean and fresh. It was an easy walk to Marienplatz for the afternoon. The room was quiet and comfortable , although not a lot of room if you were planning to spend more time in hotel room.

My family and I travelled to Munich for 5 days and stayed in this hotel. We had a one bedroomed and studio apartments. Both were of a very high standard and very clean. We had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is very central, about 5 mins walk from main train station. Lidl supermarket about 1 min walk away. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything that one would want in a aparthotel. Central location and very close to bus, trams and trains. A safe area and the desk staff (night and day) were very helpful and obliging. I will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a stay of one week or longer this might be worth looking into. In all rooms are a small kitchen, complete with refrigerator(full sized),small stove and cookware, dinnerware, etc. included. The rooms are a bit small but ask yourself how much time will you be in the room? The beds are a Murphy style. So, they can be up or down depending on your preferences. While the location might not be the most desirable area, it does afford easy access to metro, main train station and trams. Historical Marion Platz is a comfortable walking distance, as is some very nice shopping and dining (casual and fine). Also, three of the more well known beer gardens. A fair value for the amenities and convenience of locale. Short term stays, unless you feel the need of a kitchenette, other options may be for you.

Really good and nice hotel. Very friendly staff and very clean room. The hotel is in a really good location. The hotel's general appearance was neat. Check-in and check-out was effortless and friendly.

Arrived in freezing cold Munich at 9am on a public holiday; no problems spotting the Adagio logo sign along Schwanthalerstrasse. The kind gentleman at reception allowed us to check in early, defrost and drop our bags - we were chuffed by the modern efficient design and the facilities. Designer kitchen including a dishwasher, 2 burner stove, full size fridge, microwave, kettle and fully equipped with cookware, crockery and serving ware. I can well believe that people could stay long-term and be quite comfortable; as it really had everything you need. We booked a twin room comprising two rooms plus the bathroom; the kitchen had a door to the bedroom area. There was a iron/ ironing board, brooms, safe, extra fold out seat among various extras - free bottle of water in the fridge, and a waste room down the hall where you could deposit your rubbish/ recyclables. Mattress was very comfortable, shower was hot, plenty of storage, a clever extra table could be pulled out for more vertical space.. couldn't ask for anything more. There is a pleasant seating area in the lobby, as well as free bottled water to drink and a computer / printer for use. Air conditioning/ heating was perfect and controllable. There was also a self-laundry in the basement floor. As it was a public holiday; all shops were closed, but the Munich Hbf is probably one of the best equipped train stations I have ever come across in years of travel around the world. You can buy groceries, dine in, baked goods, good quality fast food etc from 5am. There are some convenience/ food stores also open 24hrs.. Yormas, Subway.. Otherwise there are at least 4 supermarkets near and around the Hbf: Lidl, Aldi, Rewe and the basement level of Karstadt Dept Store open from 8am to 8pm. There have been some reviews that feel as though Adagio is in a bit of a dingy area; but the people on the street don't bother or approach you, and since the area is always buzzing; I would rather be here than walking down a quiet empty street. We went to a stage show at the Deutsches Theatre just 5 minutes walk from the hotel; so finishing at 10.15pm and walking back to the hotel was no problem. We had a quiet room facing inwards the two times we stayed (at the beginning and end of our trip); a 'view' is not what I prioritise over a quiet night's sleep. We have Gold Card status with Accor: recognised by a little welcome pack of Haribo gummies, a 4 pack of Ferrero Raffaelo chocolates and 2 bottles of orange juice. Much appreciated - an added bonus to an already fair room rate that we paid for the perfect place to stay.

Six of us (2 seniors, 2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed in two rooms at the Adagio for five days in later May. The rooms are good size and contain fully equipped kitchenettes. As tea-drinking Canadians we were especially happy to see electric kettles for heating water. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant but bought supplies at local stores which we kept in the fridge. Two blocks from the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) where one has access to all public transit and the Lufthansa bus to the airport. We were very happy with our rooms and the service. The multi-lingual front desk people were always pleasant and helped us print our boarding passes for our flight home. The air conditioning worked great in the room facing the street, which was good since the street noise would have been a bit much with the window open.
