We basically came and slept. Was disappointed that I had to pay extra for breakfast. My brother-in-law scheduled the wrong date, we were there in Feb. I sent a note asking about a refund as the hotel couldn't do it but I never heard back.
It was by far the best stay we have for family vacations and my son loves it!
Hotel and room was clean and modern. Staff at desk spoke English. I was lucky to have a street view room. I could watch the Oktoberfest parade on the street below through my patio door (no balcony, just a large door you could open by the windows). About 3 blocks away from the Oktoberfest tents, 1 block from main train station, and 20 minute walk to city center. Bed wasn't the most comfortable since it was the kind you could push into a wall compartment, but it was not uncomfortable. Safe in room was good. Wifi was fine (1st floor room). Expensive rate during Oktoberfest. Would stay in again during Oktoberfest and would stay there during other times of the year if cheaper during off peak season.
The staff here were friendly and very helpful. The room and common areas were clean. Complementary wifi was a great plus. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, as it was a thin mattress and not very supportive. The location close to central station was nice, however the hotel was in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. We had to wall past many strip clubs and casinos to get to it. Still like the rest of Munich, we felt pretty safe at all times.
The hotel is new and near the central station. But the staff are not friendly at all
