Room was OK; staff courteous. However, temperature settings not accurate - either too warm or too cold with room thermostat. No hand towels in bathroom. Towels were off-white - not sure they were cleaned well. Electricity in room was shutoff before we checked out, which was problematic for us.

However, my experience during my recent stay was mixed, with both positives and negatives that I feel compelled to share. **Location and Accessibility** The hotel’s location is undoubtedly one of its strong points. Being close to the station makes it easily accessible for guests arriving from various parts of the city. Additionally, the surrounding area is bustling with dining options and local attractions, offering plenty of choices for meals and entertainment just steps away from the hotel. **Room Issues** I had booked a deluxe double room but was assigned a twin room upon check-in. This was disappointing, especially as I had specifically chosen the deluxe option for my stay. When I brought this up with the receptionist, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to address my concerns. The communication felt one-sided, and I left feeling unheard. Another issue I encountered was the early check-in policy. I was surprised to find that I had to pay an additional fee for an early check-in, especially since the room was ready upon my arrival.
