The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess.
I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast menu and time. Nothing was done on time and they provided completely wrong items! I addressed it nothing happened.
Location is prime hence we decided to continue to stay.
