The Earth Lodge at Wollumbin Palms is an outstanding place at which to spend a few days. So eclectic and beautiful, peaceful and well equipped. The sparkling wine, port and breakfast supplies were really welcome and we enjoyed relaxing outside looking up towards Mt Warning. We would definitely stay there again. Nearby Murwillumbah has a couple of excellent restaurants, Bistro Livi and Tweed River House, both of which have great food and very friendly staff. The Regional Gallery there is great too. If only there were more hiking trails around there it would be perfect.

The daily fresh bread isn’t a thing anymore. 3 night stay and 2 small bottles of drinking water. Thanks for leaving me to drink tank water. Miserable guts. Spa filter needs a change, pumps other people’s filth around the bath, brown ring around the edge and brown foam on surface of water. Water runs slightly yellow in colour. The mattress was not flat, it needs to be replaced. Only one pillow to choose from, it was too big and craned my neck. Why isn’t there a selection? Not enough fire starters, milk and a loaf of frozen bread was delivered, but only after I asked for it. This isn’t worth $500 per night. Bring your mozzie proof clothes.
