Check-in took over 30 minutes, and there was only one person ahead of me. They had big problems with their room, and the front desk staff connected them to some off-site management person. While they were on the phone for 15 minutes, they could have easily checked me in, but did nothing. Then as the customer with the gripes finished her call, she decided to turn around to me and tell me all about it, at which point the girl at the front desk began to assist a lady who had walked in behind me, rather than calling me up to be served. Totally inappropriate and inconsiderate! There is a definite need for more training and customer service here.

Place really stinked!! In the office stinked in the hallways going to my room smelled of death!! Rooms didn’t have numbers so after walking around for 20 min trying to find my room I had to go back and find the staff. It was around very weird feeling and stabled so bad everywhere

This property is in a sketchy area. It is an old motel. We went into the first room given to us and there was a large cockroach on the wall. (I wanted to leave this place and go elsewhere, but I could not reach anyone with Expedia customer service to cancel this reservation.)The 2nd room was ok, but I didn't feel good about the place. There was no breakfast even though it has that on the website. I do not recommend staying here. For a Best Western property, it was a big disappointment.

Musty room, had mold on bathroom ceiling, urin all over the toilet, dead crickets and cockroachs all over the room. If you dont get breakfast before 8:00am its gone and it isn't much of a breakfast, bare minimum I asked if they had yogurt she said yes and only brought 2 out to put in the fridge when this was at 7:15, very cheap dirty rooms

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure and temperature was great. Convenient location off the highway with minimal roadway noise. I will stay again when I'm in the area.

Bathroom door look as if it hadn't been cleaned before. Roach came out of no where in the bathroom. Toilet was leaking water from somewhere on the back, it wobbled. The bed was as if a huge person was sleeping in-between my wife and I we kept ending up in the middle because of it. Now we both have back issues from this stay. Lower back, both of us, soreness. Coffee pot look like it was never cleaned from the dust on it. (Did not attempt to use) Iron was sticky from something. Microwave buttons didn't work properly. No tissue in the tissue dispenser. The front door looked cracked open at the trim. The gym was not clean for use so I did not attempt to workout. I do not recommend this place.
