No hairdryer in room; front desk had 1 we all shared. Fridge door handle was broken off. No coffee or dinnerware in room. Breakfast in a bag - instant oatmeal and a granola bar. We had a difficult time finding the hotel. Sheets gray and dingy. Shower curtain barely went inside tub. But other than that, we had a great stay.

When we checked in no one explained that we needed to ask for the kitchen supplies (i.e. cups, coffee maker). When we did ask for a coffee maker we were told we had to wait until the a.m. when one would be cleaned. We were also told they were out of tea. In the morning there was plenty of tea, and the day manager walked out from the desk to a supply closet to open a new box with a new coffee maker. Also, we notified the night staff that one of their security doors was not closing securely and that anyone could walk in. The door was not fixed the 2 days of our stay. The "breakfast" that was included, was prepackaged muffins, instant oatmeal and granola bars. No fruit, no healthy options. I would not advertise this as "breakfast included". Also it would be nice if they advertised that not all of their locations have a pool or work out center.

There was little to like. Hotel is run-down. Floors in room sticky. Ugly brown/yellow gunk on bathroom ceiling. But was real stubbly quiet neighborhood with nothing in walking distance.

This hotel was in a great location for my needs. It's clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that we were early and asked about early check in and were told that the earliest we could check in was 3. No problem, we didn't expect to get in earlier than posted check in but figured we'd check. We got back to the hotel at 5:30 and were told that our room was not ready. We requested a smoking room and one wouldn't be available until at least a half hour. We were already out all day and just decided to go with a regular room, which was not what we were guaranteed, but we had been out all day and didn't want to wait any longer. We asked for late check out, which was stated to be 12:00. Fine, except that at 11:30 we got a call asking if we would be checking out or extending our stay. Clearly it had not been noted or read that we had a late check out.

Cigarette burns on carpet. Loud transformer hum in wall. TV remote could only increase volume! Light bulbs needed replacement. Next to two major highways. Noise from inside and outside. Hotel made from wood, not concrete. You hear EVERYTHING. Every footstep. Every door. Anyone who gives this place 5-stars is an internet service employee or robot designed to drive up ratings and sales. I grew up in Cherry Hill NJ, so this is one to avoid. Go elsewhere.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I look forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work.

hotel was clean, beds are not to comfy, kitchen is a plus coz i like to cook, no shampoo just a soap, good location 20 minutes from philly, near I-76

Had a great time here. it was easy to find and in a great location. the price is affordable and saves a lot of money in the pocket. suite was great with utensils and lots of room

Front desk staff was pleasant, room was clean and roomy. Hotel was close to restaurants and high way.

It was a great stay. Room was clean, comfortable, & location was peaceful. I'd stay at this hotel over & over again & I'd definitely recommend to family & friends!

Great experience...cleanliness conviently close to Philadelphia...will visit again!!

Great hotel for quick getaway. Stayed at the hotel for quick drive to Philadelphia. Would stay again. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is located in a good area where there are a lot of things that are around it. The staff of the hotel was friendly and courteous. The cleanliness of the room was a little under average. Noticed the bathroom sink and bath curtain was dirty. Wished the continental breakfast had a bit more variety and they were out of one type of coffee.

Dirty and worn I refused to stay there and booked another hotel Front desk not welcoming Chose multiple pejorative nicknames and all were taken by other customers .... More than a clue to you

The room was stinky when we arrived, there was only one towel. There was no dish soap and some grey dusty mess in the sink. The ceiling in the bathroom was full of lint. The shower head was awlful, there was no blow dryer in the room. I mentioned a few things to front desk, they did nothing. Advertised they had coffee and breakfast, that was not the case

I only stayed one night, but the size of the room versus the price was a nice surprise. I've never stayed in an Extended Stay Hotel before. The only negative was that after leaving my room once, when I came back the door latch was broke. The attendent looked into it and she was going to have to place me in an entirely different room ( after I had already unpacked). Because there was only a problem if I had to leave again, I decided it best to just stay in the room. That would have been a mess to deal with. It would have been nice to have free internet.

They were a nice management there...we had a room with a lock did not work which management took care of by morning with another room. But there was limited service (no towels at times and had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper).

Very basic, but had everything we needed. The main thing we needed was proximity to an event we went to, and this filled the bill. We wouldn't have minded spending $20-$30 more for a nicer place, but there wasn't a choice as close to our destination. We would have liked a blanket that extended past the top edges of the bed so we didn't have to fight over it all night. And maybe better temperature control in the room. Basically, we got what we paid for.

I arrived after normal operating hours so I had to call the staff using the phone just inside the main door. I was then given a key to my room and was informed that all I had to do was to check in the next day. The woman at the desk was not the friendliest, but the rest of the staff acknowledged me as I came and went. When I needed a replacement for tissues and a Showtime guide, they were very friendly. The hotel is situated where two major roads come together and was convenience for going in any direction.
