The rooms were clean and comfortable. Added bonus was the heated bathroom floor! Having front and back entrances to the room gave us a nice view of the lake and easy access to our vehicle. Of the 3 places we stayed this trip, Mountain Harbor was by far the BEST!

The cabin was clean and spacious. Nice view of the lake and mountains. A great place to get away from the city to relax and rejuvenate. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back for another visit

We did not use the spa or hiking trails, we only stayed in the cottage and enjoyed the beautiful balcony with views. We did walk around the edge of the lake and enjoyed the scenery. It was a wonderful, relaxing weekend and the Staff were very professional and courteous.

Mountain Harbor resort is our go to spot when we want to getaway for a few days to just unwind and relax. The cabins are always excellent and the beauty of the lake is breathtaking. We never want to leave!

We stayed two nights at Mountain Harbor Resort. We stayed in C11 which was a huge cabin in Harbor North with a view of the marina and lake. The cabin had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fire place. The sofa needs to be replaced as the cushions are worn out and flat. There were ants in our bathroom when we arrived so I called the front desk and they promptly came and took care of it. The next day, while we were out sight seeing, someone came into our cabin, we don’t know why, and when we got back the front door was slightly open and the back door was unlocked. We noticed the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets under both sinks were wide open. Luckily none of our personal belongings were disturbed; however, we were not pleased at all. I reported this to the management. This resort has a cute little restaurant with good food. The lake is large and very beautiful but I doubt we’ll stay here again.

My wife and I planned a trip with our boat to the Hot Springs area to boat on Ouachita and Hamilton. The resort was great and we would definitely stay there again. (Hamilton was more our speed as we live at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri and Ouachita was a little primitive for us)

Excellent Resort and Spa for a Family Reunion and Birthday celebration. This was our first visit and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!!! Lake Ouachita is beautiful. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed the Spa and going horseback riding. The pavilion was excellent for our family gatherings. The staff were friendly, wonderful and helpful with all our needs. Yummy meals at the Lodge restaurant!!! All the cottages were outstanding and comfortable as well as the Lodge rooms. I stayed in C25 one of the nicest places I have stayed in the US. We will be back for again for another wonderful stay!!!

Had a lovely time with my mom. Nice back porch to sit and watch the scenery. Beds could use updating, but still slept well. Spa didn't look like it had been opened for quite some time, cobwebs around the outside fixtures and furniture, but the services looked fantastic. Really good value, especially for last minute stop.

We stayed in cabin C11 for 3 nights during our trip to SW AR and I wish we had stayed there longer. Our cabin was so quiet and relaxing nestled in the woods. We ate a few meals at the restaurant (great breakfasts, burgers, soup and salad bar and awesome portabello wrap!) and enjoyed some time on the tranquil shore of Lake Ouachita. A big thanks to Ty and Breanna for their exemplary customer service, and all of the staff behind the scenes, at Mountain Harbor for helping us enjoy our trip to the Mt. Ida area. We definitely plan on coming back again and are already planning our next visit!!

The cabin was extremely cozy and comfortable, with of course, a beautiful view of the lake. The sounds of the birds singing in the morning is unbeatable. Great restaurant and local things to do. You will love it! Highly recommended!
