We are so happy we were able to book our stay in Mount Dora at this lovely home. Communication with our hostess was warm and welcoming. She was so understanding and patient as our plans had to change. It is conveniently located right near the heart of the city. We could walk to restaurants and kitschy shopping. Quite by chance, we were booked on the same weekend as a Scottish Highland Fest, which was right down the street. The home was decorated beautifully, and yet it was warm and cozy. It was impeccably clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the coffee, tea and cooking amenities we could have wanted. We will definitely work our dates around so we can book it again.

This townhome was the perfect spot for our weekend in Mt Dora. Ashton greeted us with a box of chocolates & a bottle of Proseco. The place was spotless and a short walk to downtown. A 5 star rating all around.

me and three girlfriends came for an overnight stay for our annual Christmas getaway. The house was adorable, very clean very well stocked and very close to downtown within walking distance. Ashton, our host was very sweet and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfection! I would rate it more than 5 stars if it were possible

First, this home is the perfect location but it is just beyond beautiful as well. Spotlessly cleaned and every amenity you could ask for. Beyond those things, the hosts knew it was my birthday and had a cake and a birthday card waiting for me when we arrived. We’ve stayed in Mount Dora several times and all homes we’ve stayed in have been wonderful but this home and the hosts definitely took the prize. We will be back again. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am about this experience. Thank you so much!!!

Beautifully Updated

Four of us (2 couples in their 70's) stayed at The Augustine.It was beautifully updated and tastefully decorated. We were all very comfortable in this charming 2 story townhome. We chose this property because of the location. It was an easy walk into town where most of the shops and restaurants are located. We were also able to walk to the dock for the boat tour that went out for sunset. I would definitely recommend The Augustine. Thank you Ashton for making the check-in and out process so easy.

Great stay in Downtown Mt. Dora. The home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The kids and us found the home comfortable and very close to downtown, walking distance really. We enjoyed Kelly Rock Park and kayaking along with a lake tour on fun catboats for Father's Day. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend. We enjoyed the wine and box of chocolates as a nice welcome touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will Be back

Clean, nicely furnished, close to town

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for our family of 3. Ashton was a great host and accommodated all of our needs. The interior was extremely clean, professionally furnished and designed. We walked to town to shop, eat and to attend a wedding. Close to everything and a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Mt Dora area. Top notch!

Memorable Stay and Weekend

The Augustine was perfect. We came to Mount Dora to celebrate my upcoming wedding and the Holidays, and our accommodations were Five Star. Everything you hope a VRBO is, the Augustine was. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, well maintained, steps to the historic district and our host, Ashton, was outstanding. The property was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need or want. I would highly recommend this property, as well as any properties hosted by Ashton. We will be back.

Beautiful property. Perfect location!

My husband and I came to Mt Dora for a getaway weekend. We brought our bikes and biked the West Orange Trail. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Mount Dora. All of the shops and restaurants were just a couple of blocks away. We even attended a play at the local theatre. We had a great time and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. We hope to visit again soon!

Fresh, clean, spacious and perfect location.

We loved, loved, loved this townhome. The property manager, Ashton, was very responsive and friendly. The unit was very clean, easy check in, parking for two and so comfortable. We easily walked 2 blocks to the heart of town and shopped, dined and enjoyed drinks with great friends. After a full day, we relaxed watching the Olympic events on TV and in the mornings we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. Oh and the beds were very comfortable. I can’t think of anything that could have been better about our stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Charming and perfect!

My family had the best time staying in The Augustine property. It is such a charming house with incredible and homey details. Every design was thoughtfully, put together from the cozy kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The renovation felt like something you could see on HGTV. The host has thought about everything and all the amenities are at your fingertips. We were a short walk to downtown Mount Dora and were able to shop and eat and enjoy the beautiful lake views. The house is situated just off of downtown with a perfect secure driveway to park the car and have a historic stroll. Definitely five stars all the way!

The Augustine in Mt Dora is a “Must Stay”!

The Augustine is beautiful and spotlessly clean, as was very comfortable. The unit is in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Mt Dora. Communication with Ashton our host was perfect, she reached out to us before the trip, when we arrived to see if we needed anything and after we checked to make sure all was ok. Would 100% recommend this property! Thank you Ashton and Jeff!
