Hello Bob, thank you for your review. I just would like to point out a few thing: You mentioned; "Non-heating “hot” tub was major downer." We NEVER said, or implied, we had a hot tub, except in the 'Heavenly' suite. Then: "...too much clutter...." This is our HOME, we live here 24/7/365: Those staying are truly 'Guests' in our home, and should accept and enjoy what we like. Guests are told multiple times the breakfast schedule. It does NOT start at 8:00; the dining room opens for coffee, juice and a 'Nut Bread' (Continental Breakfast). Most of ours guests prefer the full 'hot breakfast' being served closer to 10:00, depending on the number of guests. We, and most B&Bs, are not restaurants.
