Everything was exactly as described. Clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and was very close and walkable to downtown. LuAnn and Randy were very clear about where to park and how to get in, and were very friendly when I had the brief opportunity to meet them. We would stay here again.

Location was amazing, very walkable to everything we wanted to do. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I usually have a hard time sleeping away from home but had 2 solid sleeps here. Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

“Under the Palms” was a wonderful place to stay.The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The VRBO itself was neat and clean and equipped with everything you would need to stay. The location is exceptional! Very close to downtown Mount Dora with all of its wonderful restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and especilly the location just steps from the downtown shops and restsurants. The unit was very clean with a comfortable sitting area, tv, bed, make up table, and a well equiped kitchen. We were happy that our dog had comfortable space and yard, as well. Thanks! A hop, skip and jump, the proximity of downtown Mt Dora from this accommodation is a 2-minute walk. Restaurants, quaint gift-shops and most especially a boardwalk with nature tails bordering Lake Mt Dora await.

I rented the space for my adult son and daughter-in-law and her disabled mother for Thanksgiving and it was such a wonderful experience. It is close to downtown and you can enjoythe beautiful Mt. Dora Christmas lights.

If you are going to Mt. Dora, this is the place to stay! Randy and Lu Anne, the owners, are lovely people who answer any question within seconds! The property is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Nice Adirondack chairs that we took advantage of outside every night and early morning with coffee. Being 1 block from the village is an added bonus. Convenient to all shopping and dining and sightseeing. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay with my 90 year old mother. Should I return I will certainly book this gem again!

This is a very comfortable relaxing place to stay. The description and pictures are accurate. Not having a washer and dryer was not a big deal although it would have been convenient. The host were amazing and very helpful. I look forward to coming back another day.

This is an adorable little cottage that’s part of a triplex. The parking space is perfect. The home is easy to get in and out of. It is within walking distance of downtown Mt. Dora and the lake. Randy and LuAnne were wonderful to work with and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. I would definitely recommend this VRBO home for anyone visiting Mt. Dora. I, too, plan to stay “Under the Palms” again!
