Room was clean and parking plentiful and easy. Unfortunately the ice machine was broken and also no shower caps available at front desk to give out. Shower gel was not pumping out either but luckily there was a small bar soap. The Copper Pot Restaurant was the only dining option nearby but was convenient, delicious, and friendly.

The staff member checking me in was very friendly. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it was clean and that matters more to me. It was just an overnight stay on the way to SC and I would definitely stay again.

The first room we were in, on a windy very cold night , the heat wasn’t working well, no privacy curtain and the other curtain came off hooks when we closed it (we fixed it), TV had no signal, and there was a small bit of toothpaste on the counter. We switched rooms. The next morning the person at the counter basically said the heat problem was a known problem —then why were we put in that room?? The Hotel was maybe 1/3 occupied — needs improvement

Easy location for passing through. Comfortable bed, shower/bath in need of repairs, didn’t use shower. Room phone didn’t work. Front clerk very nice but had issues with check in process. Paid more than I should have for this room.

Staff was very courteous. Rooms were clean, however, the maintenance seems to have downgraded. The security latch on the door was not there. Holes were in the door where it once was. Being a single female, it is important that the extra bit of security is there.

Booked a room for 2 nights. Did not feel safe. Not a good location (next to a truck stop and the interstate). People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours. 4 stink bugs and one roach in room. We left after the first night and inquired about a refund for the second night. I was told the manager would have to make that decision and the manager was not there but she would ask the manager. Took my information but never heard back and SURPRISE never got a refund.

The first room was clean but TV did not work. They finally moved me to another room after about a half hour of them telling me that there was nothing wrong, that the one in the lobby worked. The second room was also clean but the water was only luke warm so my shower was definitely not pleasant.
