Amazing Villa

The property was clean, tidy and looked nicer than the pictures on the listing. The grounds were great for the kids and pool was perfect, plenty of entertainments for adults and children, tennis court just topped it all off. Would highly recommend!

Un merveilleux séjour !

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle et élégante villa pendant deux semaines. La villa est située dans un quartier calme et était en très bon état tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La vue est magnifique et le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Cadre magnifique, les enfants (6ans,13 ans et 15ans) ont adoré et nous demandent déjà d''y retourner ! Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité des propriétaires et respect de notre intimité .Propriétaires très sympathiques et aux petits soins, nous avons apprécié. A proximité des commerces, des restaurants, c'est un excellent choix pour des vacances sur la Côte d'Azur. Fortement recommandé

Summer Holidays

Our family (six people) from Switzerland and from the US spent one week in this lovely villa in Mougins. The communication with the host was very good. When you arrive on the first day, you will find many nice and useful things for your stay in the villa. The set up in the kitchen, in the living room and in the bedrooms is perfect. There is a lot of space in the house and around the house. The swimming pool is large and it is cleaned every week. The tennis court is great and has spotlights for the evening. You can walk from the house to the old town of Mougins in 20 minutes and have there a coffee in the morning or a dinner in the evening. Beaches in Cannes can be reached in 20 minutes by car. All in all, we enjoyed our vacations in this great villa in Mougins very much. We strongly recommend host and villa.

Mehr schlecht als Recht

Wir haben uns als Familie nach so langer urlaubsfreier Zeit richtig auf diesen Urlaub gefreut. Deshalb haben wir uns gedacht, dass wir uns dieses Mal etwas gönnen und uns für diese teure Unterkunft entschieden. Das wir für den Preis auch was erwarten können, war aber leider ein Fehler. Der Check-In war um 16Uhr, wir sind dann um 16.30Uhr angereist. Der Besitzer meinte die Putzfrau sei noch nicht fertig, wir dachten aber, dass es ja nicht mehr so lange gehen könnte. Die Putzfrau war dann aber tatsächlich bis um nach 21 Uhr Abends noch in der Villa und hat in unserem Schlafzimmer, welche wir bereits beziehen durften, auf die Wäsche gewartet, hat ständig telefoniert und stolzierte mit aller Selbstverständlichkeit durch alle Zimmer (Ein absolutes No Go). In einem anderen Schlafzimmer wurde hingegen die Bettwäsche nicht mal gewaschen, sondern aus der IKEA Packung genommen und bezogen. Der Pool wurde leider nicht gereinigt und obwohl die Putzfrau meinte, die Firma für die Poolreinigung kommt jeden morgen, kam da leider erst gegen Ende Woche einer nachdem wir reklamiert haben. Auch wird geworben, dass man einen Grill hat. Sie hatten drei Gas Flaschen vor Ort, jedoch waren alle leer... auf Nachfrage hin meinte der Besitzer wir könnten ja eine neue kaufen und er erstattet uns das Geld dann zurück. Naja bis heute haben wir die knapp 50.- Euro für die komplette Gasflasche nicht zurückerstattet bekommen. Der Besitzer selbst hat sich nur telefonisch bzw. per What App gemeldet, ansonsten haben wir ihn nie gesehen. Und die Kommunikation mit Ihm wurde dann auch leider mit jedem Mal unhöflicher... Zudem hatte es viele Mängel: - Viele Steckdosen funktionierten nicht - an zwei Fenstern waren Hornissen Nester - Tropfender Wasserhahn im Badezimmer welches zu einem Schlafzimmer gehört - Halterung für die Dusche ist kaputt und so ziehen sich die Defekte leider durch die ganze Villa. Zum Check-Out kam leider auch niemand, obwohl wir einen Abend zuvor über Whats App um 09 Uhr abgemacht hatten für die Übergabe. Nach langem Warten und mehrmalige unbeantwortete Telefonversuche sind wir abgereist. Bis heute haben wir nie wieder was gehört.
