Excellent location in Old Nice! Two blocks from the beach. Very responsive & friendly staff (with good English skills). Modern well-kept 3-star rooms with ocean views available. Lovely all-you-can-eat breakfast for reasonable fee if you wish. Easy/close access to the Hop-On-Hop-Off tourist bus. I stayed here for 10 days in early September - I highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel!

It was in an awesome location. Almost on the beach and like 1/2 a block from Old Nice where all of the restaurants are. On the other side of the park there are a few casinos too. The room itself was pretty small and the bathroom was the smallest we experienced at 3 hotels in France. You could not open the shower door without hitting the toilet. We wound up upgrading to a balcony room and that was the best part. the front desk staff was very accommodating with bringing us buckets of ice at all times of the day/night. They were also very willing to assist with ideas of where to go locally.

This hotel was in an amazing location. Literally one walk block to the beach (be prepared, a very rocky beach—bring swim shoes!) and right in Old Town Nice. Close to so many restaurants, bakeries, parks, and transportation. There is a small convenience store right next door where we drank coffee and chatted with the owner every morning. We had a garden view, which you could still see a sliver of the water, but overlooked a big park and busy street. There were concerts at night that went until 11/12, but it didn’t bother us. We sat on the balcony and drank wine and listened. The room was small, but was exactly what we needed. Clean and updated too! Highly recommend a stay here!

Everything looks a bit old stuff like the Carpet and Sheets. over all most the floors are smelly. and you can hear the noise from the outside when you are staying in your room.

Located perfectly in the middle of everything. Locals frequently referred to the exact area as the hub of the town. Behind is the old town, left one block out the door is the beach and Promenade, to the right is transportation and the main shopping Boulevard. Train station 15 minutes away. the Hotel pictures are only a little misleading, the front entrance is literally just a single door. The rooms, as you come to expect in Europe, are much smaller than they appear as are the patios. Our only minor complaint was the comfort of the beds and sheets. But they were sufficient and certainly offset by the all over the other benefits. One of the best parts is that this hotel faces a large Central Park that runs through this part of town. It's very nice to not be staring across at a separate building. It's worth getting a view room. We paid for a patio room period small but very nice to overlook the park and see all of the activity on the streets below. Don't bother with the ocean View it's only partial. I highly recommend this hotel as a good option. Shop around as rates vary.

The hotel has excellent receptionists. The rooms are very clean. The hotel has a great sea-view.
