Lovely flat

My partner and I loved our stay in this beautiful flat. The location is great, right next to a bus stop that gets you into town in 15 mins with regular buses. The flat itself was stunning. The balcony was a real highlight with a great view of the hillside. I must say that sitting out there with a cold glass of vino blanc and some olives was truly serendipitous. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and pantry staples you could ever need to cook up a lovely feast. I'd recommend this flat to anyone staying in Nice.

Bon séjour à Nice

J'aurais pu mettre 5 étoiles en avis général mais nous avons eu deux soucis. La réception n'a pas été faite par Luc et nous n'avons pas eu le mode d'emploi du climatiseur mobile. Le wifi est fournit par un hub rj45 tp-link qui fournit en plus le WIFI, mais le réseau n'est reconnu ni par mon smartphone SAMSUNG ni par mon portable. Sinon l'appartement est agréable, la station de bus est au pied de l'immeuble avec accès direct à la place Massena, et des commerces sont accessibles à pieds.

Mitigé, avons déjà eu mieux

Le matelas est confortable, dommage qu il soit en 140cm, par contre les oreillets sont tout plats et mériteraient d être changés ou au moins en mettre à disposition d autres.C'est ce que je trouve dommage il n y a rien en plus en cas de besoin du style couverture, oreillets ou serviettes de toilette. La lunette des toilettes bouge, le porte brosse wc aurait besoin d etre nettoyé. La console qui sert de table est trop haute par rapport aux chaises.Nous avons cherché un certain temps pour trouver l interrupteur qui était caché entre le meuble et le mur de la cuisine. Les lustres sont magnifiques mais pas au dessus de la table. Il y a un immeuble en construction juste à côté du logement. Pour nous c'était la trêve de Noël donc nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit, heureusement, c'est quand même la ville avec ses avantages et ses inconvénients. Pas de lampes de chevets ni de micro-ondes dommage. oreillets, serviettes de toilettes

Appartement qui correspond très bien au descriptif. Pas de surprise. Très bien équipé. Transport en commun idéal au pied de l'immeuble. Luc communique parfaitement juste avant l'arrivée et pendant le séjour.

Première location pour moi et ma sœur pour 1 semaine sur Nice. Accueil très agréable, logement conforme à l’annonce. L’appartement est moderne et propre. Résidence sécurisée. Cuisine et salle de bain parfaitement équipée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances sans aucun soucis. Je recommence !
