Welcome to this elegant 100 m² apartment located at Nice. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this space can accommodate up to 4 guests with its 2 comfortable bedrooms. Enjoy a modern and bright setting, ideally situated close to local attractions, with a glimpse of the sea and a clear view of Place Massena.



The Space:

My accommodation is a perfect blend of comfort and style. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a refrigerator, an oven, and induction cooktops. Air conditioning has been installed in the living room for even more comfort. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Both bedrooms are furnished with quality beds and practical storage for a hassle-free stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment, including all amenities.

Please ensure that your arrival time will allow you to collect the keys BEFORE 8:00 PM, the store's closing time.

I also offer a cleaning service to ensure that the apartment is always spotless for the next guests. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your requests.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Nice, you will be close to the famous Promenade des Anglais, shops, and restaurants. Don’t miss visiting the flower market and enjoying the beaches just steps from your door.



Other Things to Note:

Upon arrival, the key collection location has been changed and is now near the apartment. The partner business closes at 8 p.m. Make sure you arrive during opening hours.



When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.



Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons:

-dirty and/or stained laundry

-dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt

-loss of key or broken key

- non-compliance with internal regulations

-smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
