The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We visited in November when the weather had cooled and the hotel had already turned off the central AC, but since our room still felt too warm, they kindly brought us a portable AC unit.

Room was decent but this is not a 4 start property. Virtually no services, staff did not help with baggage, rooms were worn and finishing/mouldings were in very poor condition. Housekeeping did not replenish products. Climate control is limited to the season, therefore we had only heating despite the warm weather. Walls not very soundproofed.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, I think it’s more a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars. Room is impressively small and we can hear easily occupants in other rooms or in the corridor. For the price paid, I expect definitely more from a hotel. However, the location is amazing and it’s safe. Hotel staff were great too.

Great location, many restaurants nearby, short walk to beach and promenade. Our room was clean, well maintained and spacious enough for our family of 4. Staff were friendly and responsive to any queries we had. Special mention to two attentive staff members who proactively brought me a large bag of ice upon noticing I had an injured knee (sadly, I didn’t catch their names)! This was a good base location for a visit to Nice.

wonderful location and service

our family of four had a great stay at this hotel. it’s in center of town and just couple minutes walk to the beach. the room is clean and spacious. bathroom is clean and rain shower head with great water pressure refreshes your body after a sweaty day at the beach! the staff is friendly and helpful.

Definitely not worth what it costs to stay at this hotel. Priced as a higher end hotel but the hotel is a 2/3 star hotel at best. The staff are really good and try really hard, But for the price you can get a way better hotel with maybe even some amenities. Not worth the cost. Really disappointed and not being able to get reimbursed even after being forced to change rooms due to the smell of mold and sewage was disappointing and really hampered our trip.
