A perfect apartment!

I highly recommend this apartment! The location is excellent-close to the Sea and everything you’d need-grocery stores, pâtisseries, restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the pedestrian area. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Additional blankets in the cooler months would be helpful.

Another Memorable stay in Nice

Once again we have enjoyed a very pleasant extended visit in Nice staying at this lovely apartment. The layout, amenities and location of this apartment were top notch. The service that is received from Nestor and Jeeves is consistently first rate. I could not recommend their services and rental properties enough. If there is a concern or an issue they do their utmost to address in a timely manner. Thanks again for another superb stay and we look forward to returning again. I don`t really have anything to say in this regard.

Nice Stay

Overall the location was good and the space was modern and the layout was very cohesive. The smaller washroom smelt off. There was a small amount of toilet paper (for 6 people), 4 dishwasher pods, and no laundry detergent. The balcony was beautiful with a decent view for its location. There are also A LOT of stairs to get to the apartment, which was not advertised. They did supply a cart for groceries, and bedding. Good AC units as well. Looking back, i would stay here again.
