Terrace view rooms sucks. Get a sea view room which are the better rooms. Ok

This is in the best location in Nice. Great for first time visitors. Room is spacious and clean. Definitely worth it.

Hotel is located in the heart of the action, right across the beach...get the rooms with sea view...it is worth it! Lots of cafes and shops in the area...Small open market a few blocks away with lots of goodies!

No breakfast included, WiFi is free. Non smoking room facing the city or beach actually smell like cigarette because customers smoke by the "outside" tiny little patio and the carpet or room absorbs the smells anyways. We asked to change rooms and were transferred to a view of inner hotel area facing other windows. It was great, very quiet, clean, no smell of smoking.

We had no complaints with the hotel. It is in a perfect location, looking out on the Med. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our visit was for only 1 night and we left before the breakfast opened, so we have no comments on that. A little pricey, but can't do any better given the location. We'd stay here again.

We had some bad luck with the weather and were stuck in our room for a couple nights. Notwithstanding some very loud construction, which I presume is temporary, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was large, stylish and comfortable. The one exception I take is with the bed, which really was below the standard comfort -level I expect from a hotel. The breakfast is a bit pricey but huge in its variety and quite delicious, with some of the best coffee I had during my entire stay in France. I'd return to this hotel again.

Hotel was clean, modern and in a great location. Steps to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is a good value. I will stay here the next time I'm in Nice.

The ocean view room was great. Very spacious. It was nice to spend time on the balcony looking at the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect spot to walk all of central Nice - definitely get an ocean view room. This is small and highly functional hotel and a good value.

This was the second hotel I stayed in Nice. The location is FANTASTIC. It's in the center of everything. The desk staff was very friendly and welcoming (spoke English well). The room was clean and updated, had a safe included, stocked bar. The hallways were a bit dark and the garden doesn't offer much of a view but I wasn't there for the view or the hallways. Rooms are a little dated, but they tried to modernize them with new carpet, fixtures, bathroom and artwork. Bathroom had bidet, deep soaker tub. I would definitely return when the dollar gains more strength:). Being able to wake up and step out onto the Promenade des Anglais is priceless.
