Nice hotel - booking disaster Following an administrative problem, we ended up standing and negotiating for 2 hour to get checked in, before we ended up having to re-book the room so that we could get in.

We booked a last minute short break. Staff were very helpful, the breakfasts were plentiful. Our sea view room was ideal, but to sit on the balcony to take the ambience in, is spoiled by the busy road outside. Once up on the rooftop terrace, it is much quieter. If flying in, the tram directly outside the arrivals gate drops you within 50 feet of the Hotel. So if you purchase a ticket worth 10 euros, you can probably ride all week.

Stayed here as part of my mini moon in Nice. We had a great stay. Staff were lovely, and always so accommodating and polite. Highly recommend the breakfast downstairs, ended up down there everyday. Always a fab choice available! We walked everyday into Nice, and it took about 35mins along the boardwalk (gentle stroll). Cabs always waiting outside if needed, however we got an Uber when needed. Gym and pool onsite were great, although we were right on the beach so able to go for a swim in the sea a few times! Would certainly stay here again if ever back in Nice!

Excellent stay. We received a spacious room which easily accommodated two adults and two children age 2 and 4. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice. And hotel had underground parking which was great as it was raining when we arrived. Generally a great stay.

I really wanted a water front room, with balcony, unobstructed views. The Radisson does have that. It also has a nice rooftop pool, restaurant and bar area. Great views. I wish the breakfast was also on the rooftop, but it is on ground floor. Rooms are standard. As many have stated, location is not ideal. Overall a nice stay.

This is a nice clean hotel with good front desk staff, however we booked two rooms as a family and were put two floors apart and had to upgrade to get on same floor. Repeatedly had to ask for toilet rolls. Breakfast was always too busy and running out of items. Overall needs better management. Also hotel is at at wrong end of Promenade des Angles €20 taxi ride to old town and nowhere round about for good cheap eats

Had a great stay for 3 nights and everything was great. However I paid a 300 pound deposit for a minibar which I never used and was told on departure that my deposit is back in my account. I have emailed them twice today as the money has Still not been returned to me and they have still not replied to my query. I am seriously considering having second thoughts on using them again in the new year :(

Very friendly staff , nice hotel room excellent views. Bar too expensive & service usually slow , not to far from Nice airport.used swimming pool not heated but really nice on a rooftop. Breakfast was good with good selection but need more staff to keep empty tables clean always need to wait for someone to get a table ready

Great place to stay ,the hotel is about 40 minutes from old Nice ,but you can catch a tram from the stop which is situated at the rear of the hotel ,the tickets can be bought at any tram stop . You can also get the tram to the airport from the same stop

Fabulous hotel booked through Secret Escapes. Lovely twin rooms over looking the sea. Fabulous location with a tram stop outside. Elie on the main reception deskwas very helpful and spoke very good English and had a good scence of humour. He gave us directions and transport instructions. He went the extra mile by remembering where we had been and asking how we enjoyed it. Breakfast was amazing and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Views from the roof were amazing. Enjoyable stay would highly recommend 😎😊😁☺️
