Stayed here in November 2017 for business. Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. People are very kind and helpful, although not all speak English really well. Rooms are very classy in decoration, very clean, quiet and spacious. Breakfast spread is amazing. Location is great. For sure one of the top 10 hotels in Moscow!
A great hotel right in the heart of Moscow, superb service and quality. Perfect for walking to Red Square, Kremlin, Gum store, etc. & great views from the Club lounge and the O2 roof top bar & restaurant.
The hotel has the best location, good for business appointments as well as for leisure visit to Moscow. The interior is a normal one for a luxury Ritz Carlton hotel, however the service exceeds all expectations. The hotel team makes all possible for every guest to feel comfortable, they gather information about everything you like in advance and make sure you feel this attention. I would like to thank for the beautiful room with amazing view, for the access to the Ritz Carlton Lounge and for invitation for the event in the Ballroom of the hotel. Everything was just superb and I will recommend to stay here to everyone I know!
First off, I would like to thank everyone from the Cafe Russe Team (Sandugash, Aysa, Jenny, Roza, Sveta) for making this experience memorable. After spending three weeks in Moscow, for being in Russia for the first time in my life, the Cafe Russe team alongside the staff at the Ritz have made it feel like home. Take a look at the photo attached as they gave me a gift the night before my flight! How kind. As this was my first Ritz experience, I had no idea what to expect. What I received however, was phenomenal service. Everything down to the finest detail was brilliant, and I am so very thankful I was able to have this experience. This hotel is not only pristine, its located right in the heart of Moscow allowing easy access to metro stations, red square, restaurants, and anything else your heart could want. Again, I'd like to praise Cafe Russe within the Ritz for all of the hard work and great food. The breakfasts here were memorable and did not get old after three weeks straight! Even more so, the dinners are phenomenal (highly recommend the sirloin steak). All of the employees here were phenomenal and after three weeks it was almost like family!
Great hotel at walking distance of Red Square. Beautiful hotel interior and rooms.Very friendly personel. Great breakfast with a large variaty of fresh and high quality food. Nicely equiped fitness room. Beautiful indoor swimming pool with spa area to relax after a busy day. Great O2 lounge on top floor with beautiful view on Moscow sky line.
Hello to everybody!! Recently got back from Moscow and had a pleaser to stay in Ritz Carlton Moscow. We had a nice suite with Red Square view and a Lounge aces. Let's start from the airport where you get just first impression about the hotel from the person who been greeting you. It was nice. Very good and professional drive with a driver Roman. Arriving at the hotel and check in moment wasn't very smooth and professional. Girls in the reception are very nice but they need to be trained to deal with guests. But thank you very much for them to upgrade us from Red Square view Lounge aces room to a very beautiful large suite with amazing Red Square view. The Lounge it's nice, with beautiful view over Red Square and Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Where you could get good breakfast (big choice of everything what you really wish to have for breakfast-typical Russian and international dishes), light lunch and light dinner and any kind of drinks all day long. Room service it's good and food it's tasty. By the way the are very quickly to deliver it!! Being in Moscow unfortunately I caught a cold. But personal of the hotel didn't give me a chance to feel bad and miserable. They took a good care of me. Specially I would like to send Big thanks for head concierge of Ritz Vitaliy!!! If you deal with him you know you are in good hands. He will arrange anything and everything you wish right away. General opinion about Ritz Carlton Moscow is very good. I will be back there for sure while I am in Moscow. Because I believe the are the best location hotel and they are very good in what they are doing. And also, you can't beat this stunning view owner Ref Square!!!
For my first time visiting Moscow and Russia for business purposes, the Ritz-Carlton managed to make my stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. During my stay, the king of Saudi Arabia was in the city and his congregation was staying in the same hotel, so security was understandably strict, but hotel staff were totally accommodating and apologetic. The hotel also played host to my business exhibition which meant that I rarely needed to leave! In room dining service was to a very high calibre, arriving on time and to a very good standard (I recommend the Beef Stroganov!). Would defiantly stay again and high recommend to any visiting Moscow, either on business or pleasure.
I've been in Ritz Carlton for 3 days for a business meeting. All was very good: room clean and very comfortable, service was very fantastic; I suggest to try the spa for some relax moments, was the best to restore ourself from the cold russian weather. Thanks a lot to all the staff, especially to the people employed to the room service. Best wishes.
I have been using the Moscow Ritz Carlton whenever I have travelled to Moscow for business. Every stay has been great, with excellent services, helping and supportive staff. Location is ideal and very central.
The Ritz Carlton provides a wonderful stay in the Heart of Moscow. It is just 5-10 minutes from Red Square and all of the attractions, and its O2 Bar and Lounge with outdoor terrrace provides a view across the square to St. Basil's Cathedral and a nice view of the Kremlin, with excellent cocktails and other drinks available. The rooms are very well appointed in the typical classic style of the Ritz Carlton chain. I received an upgrade to an executive suite which had a separate living room and office area and a bedroom, with a Nespresso machine and other standard amenities. The gym is quite large, with many treadmills, ellipticals , and bikes available, with a full set of free weights and many weight machines. It opens at 5 am but you can gain access as needed outside of normal hours. There are a couple of restaurants on the ground floor, one is the Novikov which is an excellent Asian and sushi restaurant and the Cafe Russe, where breakfast buffet is served. Breakfast is excellent , with a caviar and champagne station, cold meats, smoked fish and French cheeses, standard hot breakfast items, omelettes to order, a good selection of pastries , fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and cereals and breads. Service in the restaurants and bars, and at the entrance is very attentive and friendly. Check in was a bit of a disappointment as it was quite understaffed when we arrived but this was the only blemish on the service. It was an excellent stay overall, with great location, luxurious environment and service.
