I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife. It’s very close to Kremlin, red square and St. Basil’s cathedral (about 5-10mins walks). If you needs to take Metro, it’s less than a minutes walks to Okhotmy Ryad of line 2. The hotel decor and the politeness of the staffs are up to standard of Ritz Carlton! The check in is smooth and they have smile. I went up to the room. My room is normal king size bed but the decoration and cleanliness were full marks! There was a lot of equipments you couldn’t found in other so called 5 stars moscow hotels, like, hot kettle, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom is spacious and clean. You can enjoy a great hot bath in bathtub or shower after your flight! The breakfast is in Cafe Russe in ground floor. There was champagne, salmon roe and different cold cuts and hot dishes. The quality is good but not outstanding. I visited the Gym room but not the swimming pool. There equipments were new and a lots of variety! The gym room is spacious. Probably I went there at 5-6am, there was no other people doing exercise. As my room was on 3rd floor and the view is just the building next to me. So I can have a good view of the city. You may need to book a better view room with higher floor to get a good window view. After all, I am 100% satisfied with the quality of Ritz Carlton in Moscow. I think the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons notes are the two same standard hotels to choose near Red Square! The price is definitely higher than other nearby so called 5 stars hotels but I think it’s worth paying for the extra. The room and quality are simply better!
First Ritz visit as am typically a Hilton Diamond member patron but wanted a hotel close to Red Square. Hotel service was amazing. I used Pool , Dining, O2 Lounge and , even had flowers delivered to room from hotel. I would definitely return and also seek out other Ritz Carlton worldwide
We went for a drink at the Ritz after a show and a dinner. Needless to say, we were so disappointed... The whole place felt like a being inside of a railway station... I honestly did not expect that, even though the location and service were great! Would not go back...
the location of the hotel is great. a few meters from all the city attractions. It has nice rooms, however a bit small. you can feel the Slavic hospitality in this hotel. we had a great stay here. The only negatif point was the room service which is not quite good. We notified the manager and he apologized for the inconvenience and sent us a range of cosmetic products to make up for our insatisfaction.
How long does it take to clean a room? As a platinum member, who is a frequent guest here I expected much more. Btw. This is also the same place that tried telling me that they can only do a 1pm late check out until they read Marriott terms & conditions for gold and platinum members.
From the moment you enter the hotel you feel the pleasant Slavic hospitality and luxury. Beautifully decorated, secure and spacious. Breakfast - slightly overpriced, but understandable for 5 Star level. Housekeeping, in room dining - caring and attentive. Absolutely recommend visiting spa - sauna, hammam, beautiful swimming pool. Ladies sauna and steam room are also available. Recommend.
The rooms and the staff are wonderful, especially the staff in the hotel lounge, who were warm, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped make our trip to Moscow memorable. The hotel is steps away from Red Square and offers many excellent nearby restaurants.
The location is central - few steps away from the Red Square and a Metro Station. Lots of restaurant and cafe around. The room is spacious, beds are extremely comfortable, there is a remote radio unit in the room :) The room is quiet and very clean. The O2 bar on the roof has the best view in the city. The Breakfast is delicious!
This hotel is one of the best in the world, service is excellent, facilities are exceptional. Hard to find anything to complain about. Located near red Square, views from the rooms are not great but spectacular in the O2 lounge on the 12th floor.
The Ritz Carlton is a beautiful hotel located close to Red square and the Kremlinn. Rooms are large and well appointed and the bathrooms are huge! There is a roof top bar with fantasatic views of Moscow and a fun intimate lobby bar. Service needless to say is excellent! To avoid crossing busy streets, use the Metro entrance to access the underground pedestrian tunnel to get to Gum Department Store and Red Square.
