Recommend this hotel. Good position near center. Very nice personnel, excelent service. Everything clean, perfect. Very comfort bed. Coffee and tea was free. Big bathroom with bathtube. Perfect breakfast with everything what you like and want.
Big hotel with 4 elevators. Nice room with a big wall mirror. Superior bath room. The breakfast was really good, can say more than good :-) Security check in the lobby every time you enter the hotel, even if you quit for smoking.
Rooms are great in every sense of the word. Breakfast buffet features great choices for everyone. It's an expensive hotel even by Moscow standards but has a great location for central Moscow's business district and exhibition venues.
I got awesome experience to stay with Swissotel. A bit high price however I got the best of them. Would like to stay again and will recommend. Awesome room with awesome food allowed me rest before my long trip and get some fun
The hotel looks quite new and everything was working proper way. Rooms are big with enough space and amazing view on river and city. On 34th floor (If I remember correctly) is panorama restaurant. Hotel is very close to underground (which I propose to use in morning and evening trafic), but the construction around can be restricted little bit, but is not a Hotel fault. I recommended this hotel for business trips.
We spent a weekend with my wife. Bathroom was great with big bath and a marble basin. However water will be hot in few moments, it’s written in disclaimer. In business executive room there were some strange noises like a cricket for the whole night. Wifi is also limited by speed, then you should pay additionally. I don’t agree with the title ‘the best breakfast in the city’. Not fresh pastry, only Nespresso coffee machine, no variety in open buffet. In the room you could also find Nespresso machine. But the worst part is passive waiters as during breakfast, also on the dinner. For such money you could have great breakfast in Cofeemania or somewhere else...
Comfortable rooms with everything you wish to relax . Great bathroom Where you will feel zen in No time . Sky bar with Great food . One of my favourite hotels around the world !!!!!! . Same for the breakfast !!!!
The hotel is very modern and the rooms are big and well equipped with everything you would need. Wifi connection works very well and the view from the rooms are impressive. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good as well as the bar on the top of the tower with an amazing view. The hotel is around 3km from the red square but very close to the metro station which is the best way to move in the city due to the crazy traffic. I would definitely recommend this hotel
New hotel, with amazing views over Moscow. Located by the river Moscow and the chamber of music( if you are lucky you may assist a concert there).Big room with very confortable beds. Clean. Great breakfast . Friendly staff. Free WIFI(although now a days I do not thing this is something to highlight ;))).Great location near to Paveletskaya metro station. It has a spa and pool, but I did not visit them ,so no opinion about them.
This us a very good hotel. Good size rooms with all amenities (iron not included, but you can get one delivered). It's high standard on cleanliness and the buffet breakfasts are extremely good. The highlight of the hotel is the Space Bar at the top with glorious cocktails and amazing views of the city - they even supply binoculars! The swimming pool is also excellent. The one problem was around checking out. They were pretty convinced I didn't need to pay for the cocktails or the breakfasts, which was wrong. The main problem was we wanted to leave luggage whilst we went on a tour inside the Kremlin with a guide who was waiting in the hotel lobby before catching our evening flight. The concierge couldn't make himself understood to me in English or to the guide in Russian, that he wanted to inspect the contents of our bags before he put them in left luggage. Eventually he got the message across, but the whole process and then the inspection itself took time and was very frustrating. On the positive side a different member of concierge was very good at organising taxis for my family of 6.
