Meant to greet me at the airport with a driver holding a name sign up, but I had to call and wait for ages outside. Bed reasonable quality, and bathroom nice and big with good big towels. Room safe not big enough for a laptop. You cant charge food and drinks to you room! Good minibar free in executive room. Issues with limited dishes in kitchen after 20.30. Hotel was packed with tour groups so noisy. Separate ironing room. Breakfast pretty basic and packed. Overall very average. Convenient for metro and to red square in 50mins.

The breakfast was good although the hotel could add more fruit items to the breakfast. The room was clean. There were so many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The tables for breakfast were not very ok and sometimes they were not clean enough. It was too far from city center.

I stayed here for an overnight trip. The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station giving you access to city centre and airports. The room was nice, clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast is typical Russian with good variety. The staff at reception is extremely nice and helpful!!! Very friendly! Recommend this hotel if in the area.

Thought the hotel claims that they have wifi, practically it doesn't work, since it's not possible to load a single simple web pages. When ordering anything at the bar, one has to pay immediately, there is no option to add to the room bill. Rooms themselves are decent, however old.

I've stayed at the Sunflower Park Hotel a few times now on business trips to Russia. It's not the most comfortable place I've stayed and doesn't have the best breakfast ever, however, the staff are invariably some of the most helpful people I have encountered in Russia. Nothing is too much trouble, ordering taxis, changing rooms because the wi-fi wasn't working - even the bar staff who speak very little English are happy to communicate in sign language and pointing. Everyone smiles, which makes a very welcome change from some other places I have stayed in Russia. I have only ever stayed here for business, so can't comment on the distance to tourist attractions.

The hotel is located at the south of the city. It is easily access through metro - about 3 mins walk from the metro station. The front desk staff speaks English and they are very helpful. The room is nice and clean bed is comfortable. Breakfast is included and it is a major bonus. There is also a water cooler near the front desk for the consumption of the guests. There re two shopping mall near the closest metro station. One of them is more like a North American shopping mall. There is a food court on the top flour. There is also a washroom at the food court and you have to pay to use it. The hotel is about 20 mins metro ride away from Red Square. The train is always busy and you have to prepare to stand during the ride. Overall, the hotel is decent and I don't mind using it again if I visit.

Let's be upfront, you have to be able to put up with big tour groups that will swamp the breakfast area, lifts etc. They even have to issue timings on breakfast coupons to manage that. The staff was so harried contending with them during breakfast, courtesy went out the window. It's a battle zone every morning I was there. For a mediocre breakfast spread, no less. The exterior and lobby look like a hostel's, but the rooms are decent and clean. Whatever is not provided in the mini-bar can be stocked up from the nearby Columbus mall, where you can get just about everything. Its location also meant it's a long drive to the city centre every morning with the omnipresent traffic jams.

Stayed for business on the 3rd floor of this hotel. I certainly recognize the friendly staff and clean rooms as mentioned in other reviews. However, there are also some downsides: sun rises early in Moscow this time of the year and the curtains are too thin, so you are sleeping in day light. The hotel is packed with noisy Chinese tour groups. I had breakfast at 7.45 and I had to stand in line to get my plate. No free minibar like advertised in big letters on the front of the hotel (except 2 complimentary waters).

I stayed in this hotel during my first visit to Moscow. This is the most wonderful place I have ever stayed. It is very close to Prazhskaya metro station (three minutes walking distance) so you can travel to any part of Moscow from here easily. And there is a fabulous supermarket called Columbus within two minutes walking distance where you can buy just about everything you want from this supermarket. So this hotel is located in a very convenient place. And prices are very reasonable and the service you get is great and amazing. Rooms, Foods and all those required things are excellent. Most of all and the most beautiful thing of this hotel is its staff. In every department their service is excellent and this is the friendliest staff I have ever seen in a Hotel. They will treat you as a friend a brother or a sister not just as a client. I will write one incident I experienced here to justify what I am saying. The day I arrived in Moscow I had some problems at the airport since this is my first Moscow visit and there was a 2 hour delay and the hotel taxi driver had been waiting there for me for two hours and I had no way of communication due to some issues of my international roaming facility of my mobile phone. In fact the voice line was not clear enough and you can hardly understand anything. There is a receptionist named Tatsiana and she understood this and then she used her personal mobile phone which is very expensive in terms of rates and she guided me via text messages and it was the greatest help for me in that incident. Thanks to her I managed to check in the hotel without any problem. Before I conclude this review I must say that I felt all staff members as if they are my brothers and sisters. Without a doubt I will choose this hotel for all my future Moscow visits and I can easily recommend this place for everyone and you will get everything what you expect form a hotel at a reasonable price.

Stayed here while on a business trip and what a stay it was. A beautiful hotel so clean and tidy in fact immaculate. The staff were the friendliest staff I have proberly ever encountered. The food was fabulous and the cost to stay there amazing. I could not fault anything and can't wait to return💖
