Sheraton Palace Hotel Moscow

For about the same price you can stay in National, but if you value elementary amenities such as being able to control room temperature, having coffee in room, not going 10 metro stations to find a USA electrical converter after 2 hour search on Tverskaya, etc etc, then Sheraton is the place. In addition tons of excellent restaurants and even a supermarket right in front of you. If you like going to the very center , Kremlin, then can take metro or walk 30 min or so. Though this is city center too but not the very center Kremlin, Bolshoy, etc. If you like best clubs they are closer from here.

The hotel is nice, quite, clean, close to metro on a Main Street (Tverskaya). We saw Formula 1 around Kremlin. The Red Square under the full moon was gorgeous.

this hotel is very sufficient for a getaway or business venture. it's conveniently located and has most amenities. room service is tasty and timely. the only comfort issue with my room was that it was warm and i could not get it to cool off despite cranking the AC.

Good location...not really walking distance to Red Square, but close to Metro. Hotel staff was very friendly... My only 2 issues with the hotel were they refused to exchange money, they send you to a bank nearby; which is only open durring normal banking hours. Only international hotel ive every stayed in which does not offer this service. The other issues is the hotel room service menue is very limited at night annd extremely EXPENSIVE. With this said, i would still return for another stay...would just buy food from outside

I enjoyed two nights at this hotel. Staffs responded nicely and were helpful. The room was clean and towels smelled new everyday. The only thing I should point (though it is my fault) is, it's a bit far from main sightseeing area in Moscow. Although it's just 5-10 min train, but you may want other hotel options around Kremlin if you have a time constraint (like only 3-day transit visa) If you plan to continue traveling other cities by train from Belorussky terminal, this is a great location, though.

Evererything in this hotel is good. Great standards of service, good facilities, Free Wifi in the room and great Staff. Only negative, the price of the breakfast: $50 USD. far too much. F

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Good location off a main street and within walking distance of many restaurants. Beware of expensive breakfast buffett. It is good if you expect caviar, etc. for breakfast and you will pay for it ($50 USD). My tastes are simpler and my budget smaller so I headed across the street to Starbucks for my morning caffeine and snack to start my day for a small fraction of the cost. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but I wish the shower pressure was stronger.

Great location, close to the Metro and bus no. 12 that goes along Tverskaya ul. to the Kremlin,Red sq., main theaters. The room was big, clean, with a coffee maker. Breakfast was very expensive so we went out for breakfast (there are a lot of cafe's on the main street, including Starbacs and a supermarket across the street).

Great location close to every were, very clean, professional staff.

The hotel is in a great location - near metro yet in a quiet area. The staff spoke English very well and were very helpful. THe room was lovely and very clean.

Good hotel in a good location at a good price, but the twinable king bed was uncomfortable.

The staff and concierge were helpful with transportation arrangements and directions around Moscow. Sheraton hotels in Delhi and Hong Kong were also helpful and made me feel comfortable as a single traveler.

This is a very high class hotel with caring service and good amenities . The hotel has a good bar and restautant but beware the restaurant is expensive and the type that just gets the expense account set .It is very close to the metro and you are able to get up and down Tverskya Avenue very easily and this is the location of most of the good restaurant and bar activity . Remember taxis in Moscow are very expensive ( and i'm a millionaire ) unless again you are an expense accounter .

The hotel was fine in all ways and it's location is perfect, a half hour walk down a major street with lots of restaurants and shopping to the Kremlin. But I sometimes found the staff at he concierge desk bit hard to deal with. They helped, but their English was mediocre and they couldn't answer definitely questions about train schedules and other issues they should have known about for sure.

We loved the hotel - it was conveniently located between two metro stations and provided a relaxed, quiet environment in the busy city of Moscow.

We were well received and enjoyed our stayed. The staff was helpfull and accomodating. We toured the city and enjoyed it.
