Hotel is great! Location is unbelievable! Staff is awesome! Right at the old Arbat street! Highly recomended!!!

Since I have not been to Moscow since the 90's and my husband has never visited Russia, we did not know what to expect from a Moscow hotel. Mercure Arbat Moscow was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! We were right next to the old Arbat street that had everything we needed. We were also a walking distance away from the Red Square. The subway stop was right next door. We would walk down old Arbat street and see street performers. Our favorite restaurants were Paul (great breakfast options), Varenichnaya №1 (lots of food and drink options, along with comfy seating), and Genatsvale Restaurant (delicious Georgian food and drinks). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fun, safe location!

perfect location of the hotel , rooms are really good and most importantly excellent and very cooperative stuff. Always there for you when you need something and ready to assist all the time . I was really impressed when they sent fruit and drinks to my room for my birthday as it was an unexpected surprise . very nice of them

A lovely modern upscale hotel done in stylish high end decor. The well groomed staff spoke fluent English and would always greet my wife and me as we passed by and ask if there was anything we needed. We had a standard bedroom which was spacious with a heavenly comfortable bed. Bedrooms are sound proofed and we couldn't hear even a whisper of noise from the streets. The breakfast buffet had the full complement of foods - eggs to order, OJ fresh squeezed on request, pastries, cereal, fruit, meat, fish - all amazing quality and elegantly presented. The location was ideal for us being a block away from the Arbat pedestrian mall with its outdoor restaurants and lively night life. Also, a walk from the end of the mall brings one to the Red Square. Its also a short cab ride or walkable to the tour boats by the Radisson Ukraine hotel. The area around is very clean and we felt perfectly safe walking even late at night.

Loved staying at this place. Very close to the old Arbat shopping district and 2 metro hops away from the red square. They were very accommodative and stored our bags was 4 days while we were at st. Petersburg. They also allowed us to check in at 7am since they had a room. The price is extremely reasonable for the location. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. They had a great spread for breakfast including a lot of vegetarian options.

First time in Moscow and what a wonderful find! I stayed for 5 days and came to find that this wonderful hotel is the perfect combo of an excellent location, outstanding style in every detail and welcoming staff. I absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend! Humbly, Mahan

It was a good experience. Arbat is a great neighborhood. The hotel is good, the room a little small but OK. Good value for the money

This is not my first time at this hotel. It's located in the heart of Moscow, but not by the Kremlin hence one fewer star. The garden ring is half a block away and Arbat begins right by the hotel so you can walk to the Kremlin if you are on vacation. Staff are wonderful, and the hotel goes out of it's way to accommodate every wish.

i like it very, everything was great. i will stay next time in this hotel, service was great, room was perfect but the view from window was not so good.....

The hotel's location is very convenient for us to come and go to the airport. We can also find great eateries and shopping in Its surrounding area, all within walking distance. We enjoyed its great breakfast every morning!!

What we loved the most was the location and how helpful the staff was at the front desk since tramiting russian visa till checking out. I liked the interiors and my room was really cozy.

Great room, great location. However, the experience was greatly soured by the bill for laundry. For five socks, underwear and t-shirts the bill was 160 USD. It's hard to give them my business again after this.

above average for 3* Russian hotel. Very connvenient for short stay. Newly opened and clean with English speakiong staff.

The hotel knocks it out of the park. Excellent location (by Old Arbat and Smolenskya metro) and gorgeous inside. The staff is very helpful too. A little pricey, but worth it.

Everything was good except a very few things: 1. The stuff barely speaks English. 2. Wi-Fi has very poor signal.
