This is the perfect hotel for a business trip in Moscow. It is very well located, near the city center and with good communication by car/taxi. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are huge! They also help you with the visa documents required. I would come back without any doubt.
I don’t normally write reviews despite constantly traveling for business. I stay at many Marriott’s and this one in Moscow stood out for their great service and friendly attitude. I had a small issue with a smoke smell in my upgraded room. I called the front and they came up quickly with two new room options for me. Later they delivered a big fruit plate with apologies. That’s service I rarely get. Kudos
Stayed in this hotel on business several times. Very good location, plenty of restaurants around, bars, clubs, etc. metro is right there, but is a bit far from Kremlin. Unlike Courtyard, this hotel has nice gym with a pool, nice bar, rooms I guess are slightly better, but I generally find all Marriott rooms pretty average.
A very good hotel with very good staff. I was upgraded to a suite and it is awesome. The gift shop and the restaurant are outstanding. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Moscow. Typical Marriott property
Hotel has great location - very easy to access red square - about 15-20 min walk. Breakfast was nice and tasty... This time I got an upgrade to corner room - with very nice view... and if you are looking for classical style of interior this hotel is for you... As for gym and spa - I visited gym - there were a lot of cardio and not crowded at all ( 5:00pm - 7:00pm). Swimming pool is not big, but not crowded so you can enjoy swimming...
A very nice business hotel, but was taken by how friendly almost all the staff were. Receptionists, porters, security - all willing to chat or help. The porter went out to inform when my Uber would arrive and then get me (so I didn't freeze in the cold). Good gym, nice pool, 2 saunas, massages etc. Good breakfast, pleasant lounge and friendly staff there. Food in lounge ok, not great. 20 minutes walking distance to Red Square, subway within 5 mins walk. Minor glitch: My room was next to the elevator - so could hear the motor noise at times. But wasn't a huge problem else I would have asked for a new room. Would use again on my next trip.
Not the first time I stay there. Very comfortable bed. Room very clean and quiet. Hotel has a great gym. Excellent breakfast with health options. Staff speaks English. Very good location, walking distance from Red Square.
Amazing and awesome trip for business and family reason .. hotel eccellente potrei dire eccezionale nel l’ospitalità e nella sua Lobby . Thanks to all the Staff and to GRM. Travelers tourists business man it’s your Hotel
This is IMO a good hotel for a business trip. I stayed for 3 nights and for such a trip it hit all my essential marks (good sleep quality, fitness center and a hot shower). Breakfast is fine as well - and as an insider tip: If looking for food: CHAIKHONA № 1 around the corner is GREAT - highly recommended. So I have no reason to stay elsewhere if in Moscow.
