Nice property close to metro and a city center. Many eateries around, including groceries. On a flip side, if you travel for business and need something printed... surprise-surprise.... printer has no cartridge, and if you think it's a temporary thing... no-no, cartridge will never arrive. So, plan accordingly. Otherwise, it's a decent hotel for good money close to transportation options

The location is extremely good, very close to a subway station, which is a couple of stops away from the main attractions. In general, when in Russia/Ukraine I prefer staying in american chains, and this time it was a good choice. The restaurant and the bar are somewhat expensive, but reasonable if you are lazy to look for food places around. I speak russian, so for me it was not a problem. The staff, in general, was very nice and helpful (in particular, the reception). There was only one person working in the bar, which was somewhat rude (and with some attitude). Frankly speaking, it annoyed me a lot (as I ran into her two separate nights, otherwise, I would probably forget about it), but after visiting Russia/Ukraine multiple times you get used to it. (Though, things are much better than 10 years ago, for example.) Otherwise, everybody was very nice. One last thing, I wish the gym was little better (in particular, the TV - it was tiny and I could not hear anything). In summary, a very nice hotel with an excellent location and price. Perhaps, I will consider staying there again when back in Moscow.

As many of the hotels in the same brand, this hotel was very nice. The location is very close to the Kremlin. As for the price, I was expecting to spent a little bit less compared to other hotels in Moscow.
