The hotel has all your basic needs covered. Room is large with 2 beds. A NO SMOKING hotel. Comfortable and clean. Tea / coffee / kettle in room and a free bottle of water for each of us. Toiletries in the bathroom, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. Fridge in room but ($ ). Safe deposit in room and large enough for a laptop. Laundry service available ( $ ). Restaurant and bar on site. Buffet breakfast was average and adequate. Free wifi. Supermarket nearby and souvenirs on site.

Located very near to the Rizhskaya Metro Station, just about 8 minutes walk. Going to many famous spots just few stations away. Staff there are friendly, nice, polite and professional. Just one thing is can't use the fridge if you do not consume the mini bar, not very convenient.

For the price and location, the hotel is worn down. Snotty front desk and so so kitchen. They strive for being a "10" but far from. The house keeping is friendly but does only half of the work in your room. I guess you should go for another option...airbnb

The ambience and general hospitality was OK. The hotel provides only one bottle of 500ml ,complimentary, for a couple .For Indians, specifically people who drink more water, extra water will have to be paid for. In addition, our group was provided packed Breakfast by this hotel the next day. The contents of the packet were unimaginative- the veg sandwich was poor in prep and had turned soggy by the time we reached the airport, no paper napkins, a hard bun was packed but without butter or jam. Shoddy, for a brand name that is expected to maintain "standards ".

It will be my first time at HI Suchevsky , i was in other Holliday Inn in Moscow and i love it...lets see what will happens ...the location its super ...lets see the service and people...i will wrote soon for my 1000p of readers on Tripadvisor

When we arrived it was very late, we were waiting for dinner; The train arrived from St. Petersburg at 10:00 p.m.; We left our luggage in the lobby and went straight to the Restaurant, which awaited us with a delicious and hot meal. The next day our meeting for the city tour was at 8:00 a.m.; A real chaos; Four very slow elevators for two towers that were flooding with Asian visitors; All with exit at the same time; If you do not go up or down; The restaurant was overcrowded; As the visitors came out; Was improving our stay. The rooms are good, comfortable, a large window that lit our room; And in the hallways, a window that gave us a beautiful view of the city. Its location was relatively strategic, although Moscow is an extremely large city. In the end my memory of that first visit to such a beautiful city was at the Holiday Inn Moscow Suschevsky and it was good.

Among the four hotels I stayed during my vacation in Russia, this happened to be the one with best house keeping. However, I can only speak for the room we stayed for 2 nights. We were lucky to have a big room, very spacious with two double beds, comfortable mattress and choices of pillows; bright with natural light from the large window. It was very clean, spotless from bottom/up, floor corners, even the carpet..so as the bathroom. The place was not new but well maintained. I must say that the staff who cleaned this room has done a great job. I was also impressed with the room amenities; glasses for water, for wine, tea and coffee mugs with spoon, mini bar and coffee maker on the tray., iron and iron board in the closet. Also happy to have everything I needed in the bathroom, including a whole box of facial tissue. ( We only got 3 pieces at some bigger hotels or none from some so called 4 star places...) In this case, we do enjoy our room a lot. Setting of breakfast was good but hectic, with some groups really rude; cutting in lines and yelling to each other. Some one pushed me at the back and spilled the milk in my hand... There was not much I could comment on the hotel location as I didn’t drive or used the Metro service. We just took a walk the first evening, trying to reach to the shopping plaza but it was so windy that we gave up and returned to the hotel. The next morning we left early by coach for our local tour... Dinner at the Fleur Cafe in the hotel was quite nice. It was quiet and very relaxed, a strong contrast with the breakfast time...We enjoyed the Russian soup and a nicely presented and tasty duck salad.

This a average hotel in a average chain. Things work ok. Check in OK with some mistakes , food OK with long waiting times. Special requests are treated very slowly and as expected in Russia. Yo stay there if you need.

Sometimes you find this kind of hotel where nothing is terrible but nothing is good either. I am not a great fan of Holiday Inn hotels but in the main they are usually functional and practical hotels. In this case the reception was frustrating as the check in person could hardly speak any English and took an eternity to do basic check in procedures. The process to activate the mini bar is pathetic as it should be offered at checkin and not after another long and painful process (face to face can't be done by phone). Room is dated , but of good size with stained carpets. Shower does not work that well and the breakfast is in the main of mediocre quality. Bottom line if you are going to stay for a significant period better find somewhere else

Located about 200 meters from Rizhskaya [orange line] Metro station, making it convenient for business travellers and tourists. Clean appropriately sized quiet room with a convenient layout and a good view of the city from the upper floors. The bed was very comfortable with clean linen, comforters and bed covers. The lighting was sufficient and enough electrical sockets for charging phones and the camera. An electric kettle with adequate supply of tea and coffee was a blessing. Adequately sized clean bathroom well equipped with toiletries and clean towels. The WiFi functioned well. Did not have time to check out the TV. The buffet breakfast was of good quality with a wide variety most suited for western and Mediterranean taste. The front desk staff were comfortable with English and quite helpful. The dining room staff were not very friendly but provided help in locating food, cutlery and refilling items that ran out. Did not have time to check out the pool or gym. Would use this establishment again as well as recommend it to others.
