A very good hotel placed in a historical building (one of the "seven sisters" skyscrapers) The building's lobby itself is worth a look with all its luxury. Service is exceptional but rooms and food may be perceived on the same level as any other hotel of the same level.
Had a lovely stay in the property. We were 4 families and stayed in 5 rooms. Though we had opted for rooms on one floor but were given rooms on different floors but did't had problem at all. Hotel has nearly all amenities in the room, location is very near to railway station. Beautiful building with nice decor. Had breakfast on all days of our stay which was Quite good for most of the people but slightly below par for vegetarians like us but being a traveller you have to adjust with these things.
I liked everything about this hotel, except one thing - our stay was too short! All of the personnel is well trained, courteous and helpful. The location is a short walk from three railway stations and a subway, so you can get to any central location pretty fast (and with crazy traffic in Moscow, quite often it is faster with the subway than with a cab). You get free wifi if you are enrolled to their loyalty program and we got a very good upgrade for both rooms. Those were quite spacious, with comfy beds, there is a shower cabin and a bath tub, good isolation and proper heater/cooler. The views (especially when it is darker) are very pleasant. The breakfast was rich, we were treated with the Russian pancakes and caviar (fish eggs). But it can be quite busy though, so a few times we rather had it in the lounge - and it was pretty empty there. There is a quite decent pool in the hotel and we almost never met any other people there. The bar experience was not super great, it really took a while to get out drinks. But in general I highly recommend this hotel both for families (we travelled with two kids) but also for business. It offers a very high standard of service and I really enjoy it! We will be happy to stay at this hotel again when we travel to Moscow.
A nice hotel, with a good service. The bedroom is spacious, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is big enough. Close to a lot of things, very easy commute to the Red square. This hotel is in an historical building.
When I arrived at train station in Moscow, I found this place at first sight. Because this hotel is landmark. I stayed at King executive room 19floor with good view. When I visited in the lounge, middle aged butler cared everything with "Mr.Kim", or "Sir". Front desk staffs really are helpful.
The Hilton Leningradskaya is one of the "Seven Sisters" structures built between 1947 to 1953 under Stalin rein. It is built in Russia Baroque style and give a sense of stepping back into the Soviet era. The staff is superb and the room are always well designed and clean. The Executive lounge on the 6th floor is well serviced and is available for both breakfast and drinks in the evening.
Total disregard for customer feedback. A very shabby hotel with management who have no interest in customer satisfaction. It is hard to understand why their management team would want to work in the hospitality business. This hotel is a throwback to bad service and shabby hotels of 1980s Moscow. Just awful!
I always stay this hotel in Moscow, because of convenience and high class atmosphere and services. I recommend to our management stay them Needless to say the location is good and view from hotel is also quite excellent.
This is a wonderful and beautiful hotel in a great location to travel around moscow. The staff was top notch and this has to be one of the best experiences staying at a hilton property. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit moscow for business or leisure.
Beautiful hotel and nice staff. The room was clean and spacious with nice a nice view. Bathrobes, slippers, tea, coffee etc. was included There is a spa downstairs but they weren't able to organize us massages even though we were pretty flexible with the timing etc. Amazing breakfast and really good chocolate cake at the bar downstairs. Close to the Yaroslaysky railway station (5min walk) in case you're planning to catch the Train-Siperian train.
