We stayed here for 6 nights in a Junior Suite and paid around £500.00,which in my view was a steal, this was on a room only basis, but nevertheless for a stay centrally located in a European capital city it was a bargain. Initially I communicated with the hotel regarding my Visa from the UK and they were very helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted by a doorman and shown to reception, all very professional and set a great first impression The room itself was excellent, located on the 12th floor our bedroom had many large windows out onto Moscow and a tv, the living area had a settee a desk area with hard wired internet and a tv. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, basin, toilet and bidet, in addition to the bathroom we also had an additional toilet in a separate room. All in good condition and well furnished. The cleaners came in daily if required. We had a little walk around the hotel, but didn't use any of the restaurants or other facilities. The location is excellent with smoleskaya metro just around the corner and numerous 24hour supermarkets nearby if needed. I can't say enough good things about the place, a great stay.

I spent a stunning Moscow week, in August, based in this fantastic hotel. My arrival from Dublin was VERY early and the staff did the best to accommodate me with an early check-in - thank you, I am VERY grateful! The location is worderful, the views stunning, the staff excellent. The junior suite was absolutely perfect for all my needs - could not have asked for more. I am a regular visitor (a few times a year) to the stunning Russian capital - The Golden Ring Hotel will be my first choice for accomodation! Honestly, I can't wait to get back there!

We loved this hotel. Good room, great breakfasts, with a harpist. Helpful concierges. It felt Soviet era, in a stylish, interesting way. Close to metro, and a tourist street. Good value. Good views of the city skyline, convenience stores close by.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel has a very professional feel as soon as you walk in. Reception staff very good. Room was a little cramped but okay. Great views. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Ate both nights in the bar in the ground floor and was impressed with the food. Including the black bun burger. Looked strange but tasted great. I thought also the price of the beer and food for a hotel to be very good. Staff excellent in the bar, especially one bar man who I am saddened that i didn't get his name to mention him personally. Their english is impeccable as well. Would certainly stay there again. Breakfast excellent. Omelettes that are freshly made to your order especially nice.

One of the best hotel I ever been. I stayed in Deluxe room single use, the hotel is really classic the first time I saw it’s pictures I thought it’s an antique hotel which could be a drag but it wasn’t they’re really professional and know how to care the stuff without any disturbance for guests by the way I think wifi should be improved.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was nice withe a great view, the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing withe a live harp player. Location is perfect ,near Arbat street and few steps to Arbatskaya metro station . All staff were very helpful and friendly .

Large room on the 16th floor with great views, comfy beds and nice and quiet. Excellent breakfast and super restaurant on the 22nd floor with panoramic views over Moscow. 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station and easy access to many of the sites.

Stayed here 4 nights on the tenth floor. The room was large enough, the beds comfortable. The room was well maintained. Excellent breakfast with live harp music eash morning. Close to major tourist attractions. Reasonable prices.

We had a 3 -night stay in a Junior Suite on the 18th floor and were part of a group of 16 adults and 2 children. The hotel decor and furnishings are in classic style and rather dated. The rooms are spacious with a nice panoramic view. The bathroom is clean with all amenities but not user friendly. The shower is in an awkward position inside the bath tube and the whole floor gets wet after showering. The sink is huge and the top is slanted so soaps and stuff slide off. The fridge inside our room was locked and when ask, we were asked to provide a deposit. The location is quite central and close to the metro station and supermarket.

In general, the hotel is fine but the shower cubicle is small and at the bottom a lot of black mould. It is also a shame that the breakfast at the hotel is so expensive. Other than that, the location of the hotel is quite central. During my visit, there were building work around the hotel and they work till quite late into the evening!
