Although built in the 1980's, it has not really been modernised. Rooms are clean/tidy bathrooms are adequate. Breakfast is very average and staff are poor, could be rude, could be lack of English, could be both! Only saving grace is the bay on the upper level above reception is open 24/7 and reasonably good selection of food.
bad hotel with poor room service. They do not understand English and do not help. There is nothing called as room service. even ice cubes are not avilable at this place. Strongly suggest do not stay at this hotel!
Our stay at the Aerostar was for a team function. Hotel is clean - rooms are old and need to be updated but they are clean. Bar is open 24/7 and room service runs late so that is helpful if you have a tight schedule running around Moscow. Staff is a bit stiff but eventually helpful. Workout room is minimal at best.
If there is a wedding being held here - avoid the Hotel at all costs...the noise is outrageous. All soft furnishings here need replacement, urgently. Staff are quite good but restricted with having to work within an ageing and ailing Hotel.
1-A very bad treatment. 2-No Customer satisfaction. 3-The same bad food every day without any change. 4-Not a secure place, any guest could make replacement of lost key without any checking about the guest identity or name or passport number or nationality!!!!!! 5-Very poor reception personnel (poor experience about solving problems and handling guest needs) 6- Very bad in English.
This hotel is in strong need of a deep renewal. The rooms are small and worn out, with stained carpets that give a general impression of dirt, even if the premises are clean enough. Furthermore, there are severe structural problems, like a very strong noise coming from the bathroom if someone in the adjacent room was taking a shower. The good points are the cheap price and a rather good breakfast. The position is not terrible, but not fabulous as well. It sits a good 10 min walk from the closest metro station, and from there it's a few stops from the Red Square area.
I found this hotel realy good. Rooms are big and cheap. I wonder my room have a bathroom and this is very comfortable. Fitness room is poor and small, but have everything for base. Suppers on the 2nd floor are big. Now i'm eating supper #10. Seafood salat is hard to eat, tasty but hard. I prefer to see some soups in menu, but there is no choice. You can get big mall just for 15 minutes. Rooms have water buttles - this is very good.
A rather basic business orientated hotel which is looking tired. Warm and relatively comfortable but there the praise ends. Breakfast was very basic and hot items were barely warm with no staff on hand to assist.
I went to this hotel in July with friends,it was booked by a travel agency and they told us it is a 4 stars luxurious hotel. It is not luxuriou for sure!Poor breakfeast and dinner, old furniture, bad smell(they dont clean the room everyday, only the bathroom),the Ac is bad, only the staff was great.
Just the bed was clean! the receptions can speak english but hardly understand you! they dont have any information about the interesting programs in their city so they cant help you at all! the building was old with awful smells in the corridors. the room was clean but the furnitures like mugs and spoons were dirty! the bath was so old with different problem in its sewage system! finally, the room were not get cleaned every day!
