South facing balcony, views over Hauts-Forts and very bright living space. 2nd floor of a residence equiped with 3 elevators : - Entrance hall with cupboard - Kids room on the left with 2 bunk beds - Bathroom with a bath and toilet - Living space with fully equiped kitchen - Dining table with 2 bench - Sofa bed for 2 guests in the living room - The window will guide you to the sunny balcony - Ski-locker on entrance levelApartment can welcome up to 4 guests.Listing "Le Caribou" is located next door and can also be available (Capacity : 6 guests)All the appartement is at your disposalWe are available at any time if needed.Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks.
