Very convenient location and staff was super kind and helpful. We booked a small room to save money but when we got there, she said that room is small for a couple and gave us an upgrade which ended up being perfect for us. The room does not have A/C since it’s so close to the ocean so we needed a fan which is typically found in the closet but apparently someone took it. Front desk went out of her way to find us another fan and bring it to our room. Easy to walk to the bay/marina that has many restaurants/bars/shops plus the surrounding neighborhood had many restaurants and even 2 bars with pool tables which my husband loves to do, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere while we were there for the weekend. Great little place by the bay!

First off, the outside appearance wasn't exactly alluring, and the parking lot was quite limited. We got a space, but I think some would have to park on the street as there seemed to be less spots than rooms. The owner gave us a choice of rooms before we arrived and she allowed us to check in early. In looking at my itinerary, I was to have a "Family Room and two bedrooms." However, the room we were given had two total room, and both were not just crammed, but there was limited flat spaces to place materials. The bathroom was incredibly small with a 2.5 x 2.5 shower and the tiniest sink I've ever seen. The area itself is nice and we could see Morro Rock once out of the room on onto the street. In terms of the street, there were some sketchy people hanging around outside early in the morning so it was hard to just stand around and soak in the view. Overall, if the room matched our itinerary, or IF the nightly cost was lower it would have been a better overall experience. BTW: I am in contact with Expedia over the inaccuracy our experience.

First off it was a pleasant stay overall. However the property could use some improvements. There is barely any light inside, no privacy curtains (there are blinds), there is no power plug in the bathroom so you have to dry hair kneeling next to the entrance. Shampoo and shower gel bottles are moldy and you got to squeeze the bottle like crazy to get any. Shower is very small and dark. Fridge was full of ice (from being set too low). There was a large locked closet with some light in it and no way to dim it. Giving guests access to the closet and replacing the dresser with an actual desk would be great. However the unit was clean, the bed comfortable, amd staff friendly. From a beachstyle property at this price I don't expect all new or upgraded furniture.

The room was very nice! Love the kitchenette; staff are really sweet and helpful. The location is really convenient—plenty of parking spots. The only complaint is that the bathroom is a little small other than that everything is awesome. We would love to stay there again in the near future.

Perfect inn stay right next to Morro Rock also called the "Gibraltar of the Pacific. Walkable within blocks to restaurants, coffee shops and the scenic walk that borders the Ocean. Friendly host, Very clean, hot showers, quiet. In room microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. Would absolutely stay again. Enjoyed Watching kayakers, swimmers, birds and tons of dog walkers.
