Our stay was great but they did not offer breakfast, not even continental. And they didn’t have coffee put out till after 8:30 am. But, we slept great on the bed and had a great view.

Awesome location, very clean and nice rooms with balcony and view of ocean (the rooms we had). Price was very reasonable as well. Walking distance to the Embarcadero. We had 3 rooms in total, all 3 were great.

Will not stay again. Tried calling hotel 3x to confirm a late check in, no answer. Left a message and hours later, I finally got a call. I was literally 20 minutes away, I had better hopes for check in only to be told their elevator was broken and she had to manually close the door. She could barely walk and was clearly annoyed she had to address this issue. Unless this was a ‘bad day’ there needs to be some retraining . Side note: There was no other ADA option for the 3 story building.

Elevator had a wonky sensor, did not work before 8am or after 9pm which made it rough on me (had a stroke and using a walker). Also, we expected breakfast and it really wasn’t. Very disappointing- I have kids and we chose the hotel for and elevator and breakfast.

Everyone was amazing!! Room #310 was spacious, few, balcony. Clean, close to the cute little breakfast room and veranda with view of Morrow Rock. Close walk to the liquor store and so much more, restaurants, shopping, The Siren🎶🎶. I frequent then area but never stayed there. We will be back. I'm a 25 yr hotel operations veteran, they do a great job there. SueB

We love this quaint, sweet place. We have been staying here for years. The staff is always phenomenal! The breakfast used to be such a wonderful addition. We are sad to see that change. We will still choose La Sarena when we visit Morro Bay!

We stayed here because in the past it had a great breakfast, clean room, convenient location, and friendly staff. Everything is the same and great except for the breakfast. There was oatmeal and bad fruit. That was such a disappointment because the breakfast was why we chose this location over others.

Hotel staff is friendly and courteous! Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. I love that all of the rooms are inside and that there is an elevator and luggage carts available! Attractive lobby and complimentary beverages.
