This hotel was the cheapest we found in Morgantown on a football weekend, and although it is no frills we were very happy with the stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. Hotels in town when WV has a home game are very expensive, this was much less than the next cheapest option we saw. For the value it was a great option and we would stay here again without question

Absolutely the worst hotel stay i have ever had. People running up and down the halls. Yelling and screaming. Police onsite for almost 3 hours to remove people. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

I felt property was dirty! We stayed because of the rates for WVU graduation was so expensive! The area was good with options for dining! Bring your own pillow!
