check in was not as usual...had to ring bell for service. No one came for several minutes. I could hear people in the back. A girl came out but she looked like she was totally out of it. She walked out in lobby and came back I guess to tell someone we were there. By this time it was 2:35 and girl wasn't really rude but not very apologetic and told us we couldn't check in until 3. She could have cared less.

We love it here, usually. We come up once a year for dance competition. This year the hotel wasn’t as clean, and we couldn’t get towels for the room. The staff was still friendly and breakfast was good. I understand the housekeeping issue is likely due to losing staff during this scary time in our country. I hope that changes for you in the future.

We were here for a weekend tournament. The room was fine, standard hotel, clean. There’s a nice lobby where we had breakfast and hung out with adults from the team. But the staff stood out… there was a young man running the desk much of the weekend who was so friendly and helpful, assisted us with a very reasonable late checkout when our games went late, and was working nonstop on what clearly seemed to be a 18 hour plus shift. We will definitely be back!

We had to stay because of an emergency so we picked a hotel that was resonable and we found that this hotel was clean, comfortable, and friendly. Only thing I didn't appreciate was the language used by the staff talking to each other at the service desk because personally that kind of language shouldn't be used in a professional mannor but other than that things were great and even the people were nice.

La chambre n’était pas propre. Plusieurs cheveux et poils dans les draps et oreillers. Des chiens ont fait leurs besoins le soir dans le corridors et ascenseur et rien n’était encore nettoyé le lendemain. Les gens ont juste étampé les excréments en marchant. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine mais l’eau etait stagnante avec un filme de gras sur le dessus et plein de déchets non ramassés. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.
