I was placed in an ADA compliant room even though I didn't ask for one. This room is terrible. The bathroom has a permanent foul odor that fills the bedroom too. Also, there are no towel bars. I had to put all my used towels on the sink. It felt weird having to use an ADA shower as an average person. Overall, I thought the room was uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to leave.
The hotel was excellent except for the beds. I would have been just as comfortable if I had unrolled a sleeping bag on the sidewalk and slept in it.
The hotel was very nice. The only problem we had was a result of booking the room through Orbitz. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. We got a room with 1 king bed and a fold out couch. The hotel was not able to change our accommodations. We made due, but it wasn't ideal. I don't travel much and so I don't use booking agents. The hotel told me that when going through a third party agency they only guarantee the room and not the accommodations. (Seems like false advertisement to me). I will book directly next time.
