I love this hotel and stay here 2-3 times a year. Daron and others at the front desk were very good, the breakfast room was well managed, my grandkids love the pool.

Very helpful staff at the guest services desk and at the breakfast station. While other hotels have prepackaged food selections due to covid (i.e. danishes or muffins), this hotel had staff dish your choice of warm, cooked items into to-go containers! It was a wonderful!
The room was fine but furnature is getting old looking. Breakfast bar was just OK
It was a very clean property. The staff was so nice and they accommodated are party. The breakfast lady was so nice. The Lady that checked us in even gave us suggestions on things to do in area to make the bachelorette party a success. The cost was great. Loved this hotel, definitely will stay here again.
We stayed here for a WVU graduation. Nice room, breakfast was ok but limited hot options, and hotel was clean with friendly staff.
Smaller than expected, but was not an issue. Microwave was dirty and vibrated the entire room when on. I felt bad for the room next to me at 230am. The water pressure in the shower was quite powerful, too much for my 6yr old. The shower head was crooked and sprayed everywhere, but it got the job done. The temps were set at 70 but it was really cold in the room. (It was 50 degrees outside) I bumped up the heat to 73 to kick the chill out and it was still chilly in the am. The floor especially. TV was not positioned very well and had to go to to the front desk twice due to "batteries"
Breakfast was great, otherthan the pork lol. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming.
Family funeral. Bed too soft, slept on couch. Coffee maker had not been dumped. Toilet paper dispenser ready to fall out of wall…
This is a newer hotel that is very well maintained and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's a perfect spot for a quick stop or to be near all Morgantown has to offer.

Booked this room after staying across town in another Marriot Hotel; room was pre-paid yet Springhill charged me again for the room. Front desk called and woke me out of a dead sleep around 4 a.m. asking about a fire alarm the previous afternoon. Couldn't get back to sleep so I checked out and got a room elsewhere. Have been back TWICE to get the room double charge taken care of with no luck. Am now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I was impressed by everything about the Springfield Suites in Morgantown West Virginia. The proximity to the highway, downtown, the grocery store and places to eat and the complimentary breakfast buffet. The gym and swimming pool were a plus! cannot, however, recommend it to any of my friends because of the Gideon bible hidden in the bedside drawer. Offensive if you ask me.
