I have more negatives than positives. On 12/16/22 at 9 p.m. we were reserved by a very nice young receptionist, but when we got to our room, it was a room that had not been cleaned. After an hour later the receptionist gave us a handicapped room. (We had a reservation for two nights) and the next day when we returned to our room the keys were deactivated… then I had a called telling me that I had to do another check in because I had only paid for the night before and the room was under someone else name … finally they told me that they were going to give me a discount for all of disconcert . The end, they told me that they couldn't give me any discount because I had already paid for my reservation online!?
