Stay there every trip to Buffalo no reason to go else where

It was a very nice place to stay at. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The room was very clean.

I would not describe this place as a 3-star hotel. More like a 2 star but was a good balance of affordability to amenities. It is mostly occupied by local mining and oil employees so not always in the best shape because they tend to be a little rough. Mattress was really firm which works for me but may not be for everybody. However, they do have a good hot breakfast to start off your day with biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, etc...

I needed a last minute overnight stay and the Best Western more then met My needs. Unfortunately it was during college sign in week so the price was a little steep. But with that said I needed a pplace 2 weeks later and with out hesitating I again chose Best western and found the price a little more in line and had another good stay.

Only complaint I have is where our room was located. We had to go up steps ,through door ,down a hallway or up a bunch of steps with luggage it was a little ridiculous. After a long day of craziness walking up a lot of steps was way too much.

This place is the bomb! My smoking hot husband and I brought our freaking genius daughter to WVU's open house weekend and we need a place to crash. After watching the WVU boys basketball team have an AMAZING come back win over Monmouth we were worn out and ready for bed. This hotel is practically across the street from the WVU Coliseum! Check-in was a breeze and our room was very easy to find. Room was nice and clean, just like I like them and the bed just right. Not too hard and not too soft! Even the breakfast was really good. The only thing bad I could say about this place would be that the bathroom was a little small, but I am use to a nice big one at home so I guess I'm a little spoiled! I only hope that if you do decide to stay here, that your stay will be as nice as ours!

Nothing extraordinary, nice people to deal with, clean rooms. The hotel is older and could use some hallway and room updating but we are happy staying there. This is our second time there and will probably stay there again next year.

We took our oldest up to check out WVU and after a great night sleep, we felt refresh and ready to check the place out! The cutie at the desk was super nice and very helpful!

beds are very hard. TVs are old and horrible picture. Bathrooms are small barely no room to move. Only good thing about here was the breakfast! It was amazing. alot better then what i was expecting

visit was comfortable. no issues at all. bathroom had slight weird smell. room was good for the price. exterior view of the hotel needs a little work.

Since I went to Morgantown to attend a family funeral, I wanted a hotel in an area that was convenient both to the family residence and the funeral home. This one was almost exactly halfway between the two places. I had forgotten that it had a pool and did not plan to use it anyway, but was pleasantly surprised when I was told that it was a heated, salt-water pool. We wanted to run out and buy swimwear just to experience it. The staff was very friendly and everything was perfect. I will stay there on my next trip to Morgantown and will definitely take our swimsuits.

The hotel room was a great value and location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know will be travelling close to this slice of heaven!

Hallways to elevator were blocked by carpet renovation on the first floor. Handicapped parking also blocked by carpets. First room which was nonsmoking had smoke smell. second room given had dirty sheets. Head of housekeeping came up to inspect the room and took me to a third room which seemed ok. Dust from the renovations permeated the room causing coughing and allergic reactions. The hotel also allowed a non service dog in the breakfast bar area. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The hotel room was great. The amenities could have been a little better to make the stay perfect. otherwise, it was great!

Comfortable and clean. Nice staff who were friendly and accommodating.

We arrived at about 5:00 andchecked in with no problem. The rooms were OK. At breakfast the next morning there was a very large group of high school aged kids. The staff did a very good job at hadling the overflow group. We were satisfied with our stay at this Best Western

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! It was dirty and the staff was not helpful in improving our situation. There are plenty of other hotels in the area;stay at one of those instead! When we got to our room, we found that the remote control for the TV was missing. As we began the search, we opened a drawer and found someone else's belongings (shirt, keys, headphones, coins, Chapstick, and a firecracker). This raised a bit of alarm with us and wondered if maybe they had given us a room that wasn't ready (although we checked in close to 7PM). We checked the bed and found that three of the four pillowcases were dirty or stained and the remote control was not in the room. I went to the front desk and explained the situation and they offered us a room two doors down from ours to move to. I went to look at that room, but it was not any better. The iron and ironing board were out, the phone was out of place, there was an empty water bottle on the floor by the bed and the pillows were disheveled. It looked as if someone had been in both rooms after they were cleaned and housekeeping had not gone back in after the prior guests had checked out. I went back to the front desk and explained that the other room wasn't any better and said we would just stay in our original room. They were very apologetic, and seemed to be embarrassed, but they didn't offer anything other than an apology. I asked for clean sheets for our bed, which were brought to us, and we changed the bed ourselves. I was disappointed that there was no follow up, and nothing else done, to ensure we were comfortable after that. I would not recommend this hotel because I am not sure care is taken to clean the rooms well after guests leave.

Everything was pretty average, which is just fine with us. However, the second morning the clerk didn't put out much of the food that was out the day previous. She wasn't very friendly and was on the phone. Perhaps you didn't have all the staff and she was trying to do it all herself.

The rooms were fine. Clean. Nothing special. The person working the desk was really nice, but the hotel cleaners seemed a little eager get the room turned over in the morning. I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly; room was clean; price was right; and easy access to football stadium...met all of our needs.
